Hello Annette, I would like to apologize that we were unable to finalize the deal. our goal is to provide the best posible customer service while finding the right vehicle for our customers. I can assure you we did everything in our power to supply the vehicle you requested. We were just as dissapointed when we found out that we could not supply the Jeep for you, hence why we reversed everything and made sure you were refunded immediatley, and not out of any expense, plus compensated for your time. we are not able to always get the vehicle as you are aware as you where unable to find one aswell.
