Buying a car at Sherwood Dodge. Being a new Canadian my hopes of being able to buy a fairly new car wasn't that hi. The company i work for has a special program with Sherwood dodge to help their employees, and in that regards Mr Brad McDonald has shown his knowledge and skills of the busyness to help me out to a very successful purchase. What ever my eye fell on he was there to help and provide a service that was very satisfying , whether it was advice or test driving all was made possible. There was a small xxxx-up with the paper work which turned out to be a " honest mistake" I will explain " honest" as i have a very reserved opinion against car salesman both because i have been fooled in the passed by them and because i am a car mechanic myself so a lot of technical terms used to fool people which unfortunatly still happens does not sit well with me !(Now you hopefully understand my defensive posture Brad) I have to admit that in this case nobody was out to do anybody wrong or out for a quick sale and the mistake was legit and "honest" Amanda took care of us with all the paperwork and was very good at doing so explaining every question we had for her , and the fact that she couldn't believe it was a Christmas present for my girlfriend made my day. All in all Sherwood Dodge took really good care of us and we will return in the future for our needs. More
