I went in to purchase a used vehicle and Peush found me a brand new vehicle that only cost a small amount more than the used vehicle. Ultimately, this dealership can share inventory with many other dealersh brand new vehicle that only cost a small amount more than the used vehicle. Ultimately, this dealership can share inventory with many other dealerships, including other makes, such as Kia, for example. This opened many options for me to explore, including new and used vehicles. The perfect Jeep Compass for me was found, and transparency on the extra coverage packages was offered by Peush. He was very fair (this has not been my experience at other dealerships). I even was given the opportunity to take the vehicle home for a few days to see if it is the right fit, prior to purchase. I am very happy with the way I was treated. My husband is now planning to deal with Peush to purchase his next vehicle. Peush is watching for one to arrive that meets the needs for my husband's checklist. We are looking forward to the next purchase! More

Dealing with these guys has been a complete nightmare. First They delivered my truck with a banged up bumper they failed to enclose in conversation . A little time went by and once I got the bill they decided to refuse to pay and made up a whole story. They failed to pay the taxes they were suppose to I had to get that fixed. They are crooks and extremely unprofessional. More

Yup disappointed with the service of this dealership for sure. All the way through the purchase process I said I didn't want the extra protection or the "free" oil changes with a purchase of course! Now less then a week after purchasing this 2024 Jeep Compass the battery is dead? They don't make sure these vehicles have a charged battery before they leave the lot???? Sales person tells me to bring it in to get charged or that I have roadside assistance - "HELLO" it's brand new why would I need to use roadside assistance? So I charged the battery and carried on. Now less that 2 months and it's due for it's first "Free" oil change, guess what the service department will not make an appointment for an oil change past 2:30pm during the week. I can make it for 4pm but would have to take time off work to be there for 2:30. I contact the sales person and he tells me that's because of all the courtesy inspection they do so it usually takes 1.5 hours. I didn't ask for all of the courtesy inspection but only an oil change! Also they tell me the service department is open until 6pm so doing the math (I am usually relatively good at math) and my calculations say that if I arrived at 4pm for an appointment and it took 1.5 hours I would still be out of there but 5:30pm and they are open until 6pm. So I let the sales person know I am not pleased with this service and they now insult me that they are not a jiffy lube center if that's my plan. Well the thing is because of all the xx they have been already telling me I have made an appointment with another Dodge dealership that was more then happy to book me an appointment now at 4:30pm and they also close at 6pm. Sherwood Dodge you have definitely disappointed this customer but when my wife gets a new vehicle it will be elsewhere. More
