They were also very helpful with te test drive process, no boring pre planed routs that are boring and short. Had time to get a full proper feel of the vehicle. Appraisal of my current vehicle was done, once again, wth zero pressure to buy. And quite quickly, was given above fair Market value for my trade. Sale was negotiated fair, got me a chunk off window sticker, and a few extras (touch up pen, cargo tray) and was on my way within the day. Finance was also very fast, got me a prime rate and had many options for coverage and protection plans for me to chose from. Rebekah was super sweet and professional in our process of exchanging titles and very through wth all the paperwork needed. He showed me all the different vehicles that I was interested in and was determined to get me the best deal possible. He had almost all the answers to my questions and explained me all the pro's and cons of the options that were available to me. No gimmicks or nothing. I was told they fixed my jeep, they didn't. I made an early morning appointment to have my Jeep looked at because of an issue with the cabin heat. My jeep never even got looked at that day. They gave me a loaner to use for the night and it had terrible tires on it for winter driving. The next day I'm told that it's done, they explained what was wrong with it and how they repaired it. When I left the dealership I noticed it was not working. I called to let them know and they offered to give me a loaner for the weekend but considering that their loaner was an accident waiting to happen, I respectfully declined. I have been going to another dealership that has always provided excellent service and has treated me well and even though they are much further to travel, their professionalism is worth the drive. More
