Excellent Service Team! I dropped my vehicle off the night before using the 'Night Drop' envelope, for a recall and some regular maintenance which was handled by Kami. I never had to call in for a status report because she beat me to it twice, once in the morning to let me know she was handling my file and the second time around 2pm to tell me they were still working on the truck and it would be ready by 5. I called her at 4:30 and she informed me that she just had it quickly run through the car wash and it was ready to go. I was very impressed. When my husband and I got there to pick up the truck, Kami greeted us with a smile and reviewed the service order with me. She introduced me to Dallas who assisted me with paying my invoice and handed me my keys. They both thanked us for coming in. We really felt appreciated for our business and we will be back. More

extremely bad service tech Very un perfetional techs that work there. Had some work done on my transmission. When they "tryed" put trans fluid back into the truck. Looks like they where just throwing it at the hole. There was trans fluid everywhere under the hood. There is a puddle of trans fluid everywhere i park. Not because my transmission is leaking but from not cleaning up anything after taking off the oil pan. There is transmission fluid everywhere. Bunch of hacks. Never mind the dirtiest tech jumping in to my vehicle covered in grease and dirt with out covering the seat. For the thousand we pay for service, they should have more respect for the money we put into our vehicles. More
