Above and beyond with no hassle. I first went to Will just over a year ago wanting an SUV and to get out of a bad interest rate I was in to rebuild my credit. He went out of his way to get me an excellent vehicle at a great rate and then followed up again later to see if I was still happy. Then called me again when he thought he could get me into what I really wanted from the start at an even better deal. Needless to say when he called the second time I heard him out and he got me in to a new vehicle at almost 0%. Over that year he managed to turn what would have been close to 10k in interest payments into vehicle value and a smaller payment on top of it. I can't say enough great things about the service he has provided in the sales and following up to ensure I am happy and have no issues. I recommend Will to everyone I hear looking for a vehicle. Almost effortless! We thought we had a deal with another dealership, but they changed the deal at the last minute and weren't interested in negotiating or explaining why We thought we had a deal with another dealership, but they changed the deal at the last minute and weren't interested in negotiating or explaining why things changed. We left there pretty upset, and on a whim decided to pull into Sherwood Dodge on our way home. My wife asked for their most trustworthy and experienced salesperson, and out came Gary Hill. We told him our experience at the other dealership and told him exactly what we wanted. When all was said and done, we actually got pretty much the same deal we were offered at the other place for the exact same vehicle (better color!), BUT this time with a full explanation of how they came up with this deal including how our trade-in was valued. No B.S. along the way which we really appreciated. When we came back the next day to sign all of the paperwork, ALL of the staff were so good with our 2 young children, going out of their way to assure us that our kids were welcome to wander around the showroom and make multiple visits to the fruit & snack table. Jason Hill even set them up with coloring sheets and crayons during the financing part. There were a few hiccups on the way to actually picking the car up, and some seemingly poor advice regarding how to handle the upcoming loan payments for our trade-in. So it wasn't a perfect experience. But Gary listened to everything we had to say and put our minds at ease about purchasing our new vehicle. We will most definitely start at this dealer for our next vehicle purchase. More

They were also very helpful with te test drive process, no boring pre planed routs that are boring and short. Had time to get a full proper feel of the vehicle. Appraisal of my current vehicle was done, once again, wth zero pressure to buy. And quite quickly, was given above fair Market value for my trade. Sale was negotiated fair, got me a chunk off window sticker, and a few extras (touch up pen, cargo tray) and was on my way within the day. Finance was also very fast, got me a prime rate and had many options for coverage and protection plans for me to chose from. Rebekah was super sweet and professional in our process of exchanging titles and very through wth all the paperwork needed. He showed me all the different vehicles that I was interested in and was determined to get me the best deal possible. He had almost all the answers to my questions and explained me all the xxxxxxand cons of the options that were available to me. No gimmicks or nothing. I was told they fixed my jeep, they didn't. I made an early morning appointment to have my Jeep looked at because of an issue with the cabin heat. My jeep never even got looked at that day. They gave me a loaner to use for the night and it had terrible tires on it for winter driving. The next day I'm told that it's done, they explained what was wrong with it and how they repaired it. When I left the dealership I noticed it was not working. I called to let them know and they offered to give me a loaner for the weekend but considering that their loaner was an accident waiting to happen, I respectfully declined. I have been going to another dealership that has always provided excellent service and has treated me well and even though they are much further to travel, their professionalism is worth the drive.
