On Friday I discovered that there was a $10 000 competition for the first 30 deals signed on Friday. The GSM was not interested in listening to my complaint or offering any form of apology but aggressively informed me that it was my fault I signed on Tuesday. He was very rude and verbally aggressively challenging to my wife. The owner Scott Held never responded to any of my emails. The salesman became very unavailable and has offered Zero after sales follow up. The finance manager became very rude and three times failed to complete my request on the date he promised with perfunctory excuses. No one except Matt Maclean was willing or able to offer a sincere apology, but instead offered either aggressive or defensive excuses or just plain ignored me. Very poor customer service. More
Bad service Cashier I recently came in for service and as my advisor Kami was wonderful the receptionist was awful. I do not remember her name but she was younger with lo I recently came in for service and as my advisor Kami was wonderful the receptionist was awful. I do not remember her name but she was younger with long black or brown hair. She blatantly ignored me when I came to the counter and I could clearly see she was online shopping or something on her computer monitor. It took her at least 2 minutes to even say hi, and with that it was snarky and rude, like I was interrupting something. Not impressed, will not be back. More
Great to deal with Keith , very honest and most helpful I collect classic cars and live in Ontario. Keith has sold me 2 Challengers so far .He has described them to a T and arranged for delivery which where I collect classic cars and live in Ontario. You can tell all these sales consultants are to take ur money, not the customer ...They sell u insurance that is more expensive then the replacement item..Yes I know crooks.. and General managers ,Matthew Lakusta is no better..He listen to his lying salesmen Oh and don't bother phoning they won't phone back..But back to the main reason I'm here..The minute I payed was the minute i no longer mattered to them....Missing items in my Jeep that they should have replaced..Yes this is the worse dealership I have ever visited and these to are the worst sales people I have ever met..CAUTION....Finicial department is also crooks..And I see they can't count either..1&2 weeks, Not a month More
Service - NOT I took our vehicle in for servicing in June of this year. I told them the check engine light kept coming on and the vehicle had a shudder and vibrati I took our vehicle in for servicing in June of this year. I told them the check engine light kept coming on and the vehicle had a shudder and vibration when driving and made a lot of noise. Sherwood Dodge said they hooked the vehicle up to the computer and no errors were found. They charged $144 to “REPROGRAM PCM WITH LATEST SOFTWARE. (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON)”. A total of $2,550 worth of work was done, $862 of which was covered by warranty. Shortly after getting the vehicle back, the check engine light was coming on again, and the shudder, vibration and noise were still there and kept getting worse. We bought a vehicle code reader and, sure enough, an error code came up – the symptoms of which are very similar to the symptoms we were experiencing with the vehicle. I took it back to Sherwood Dodge this week. We had to pay again ($270) to have the diagnostics done again. They came up with an additional $1,340 worth of work to be done. Really? None of this was discovered in June but now suddenly it is? And, of course, the warranty is now expired (over the KM). When I advised it should still be covered by warranty as the problem was brought to their attention before the warranty expired I was told the problem wasn’t there when they had the vehicle in June. I responded “of course the problem was there, that’s why we brought the vehicle in. It’s not my fault you couldn’t find the problem.” One of the “cautions” on the recommended work this week is “Replace left rear axle seal (Found rear differential seep)”. Nothing to be done at this point but to keep an eye on it. What? In June Sherwood Dodge did “Replace both rear axle seals (Found both rear axle seals to be leaking)” and now they are warning us one of them is “seeping”? I advised them not to do any of the work as we would take the vehicle elsewhere as I have lost all confidence in Sherwood Dodge. I took the vehicle elsewhere to have it serviced where I was told I was the second customer today to come in complaining after being at Sherwood Dodge. More
