Service was horrible Service was garbage. Every excuse under the moon to explain why i had oil leaking on my driveway every time i took in for a covered oil change. So th Service was garbage. Having to bring in the next day numerous times. Unreliable sitting there waiting for them to do the job properly. Capital notified them to let them know about my mopar lift kit installed before i purchased so it states the warranty is classified as factory because it is a mopar product. Still tried charging me for warranty removal of a wheel bearing because the mechanics couldnt remove it. After market lift kit like a broken record was what the service department would say. I asked to be cc in the email for when they send info to the fca for approval of warranty all i recieved from them was a bill that had to be paid in order to get my keys back. I have bought three trucks from dodge in the past three years. All brand new. The lack of knowledge and skill the service department i had was pathetic and i warn anyone who takes your vehicle there they will look for any reason to not cover warranty. I could go on but i think thats enough to see. You have offically lost my companies business. Garbage. More
