Service - NOT I took our vehicle in for servicing in June of this year. I told them the check engine light kept coming on and the vehicle had a shudder and vibrati I took our vehicle in for servicing in June of this year. I told them the check engine light kept coming on and the vehicle had a shudder and vibration when driving and made a lot of noise. Sherwood Dodge said they hooked the vehicle up to the computer and no errors were found. They charged $144 to “REPROGRAM PCM WITH LATEST SOFTWARE. (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON)”. A total of $2,550 worth of work was done, $862 of which was covered by warranty. Shortly after getting the vehicle back, the check engine light was coming on again, and the shudder, vibration and noise were still there and kept getting worse. We bought a vehicle code reader and, sure enough, an error code came up – the symptoms of which are very similar to the symptoms we were experiencing with the vehicle. I took it back to Sherwood Dodge this week. We had to pay again ($270) to have the diagnostics done again. They came up with an additional $1,340 worth of work to be done. Really? None of this was discovered in June but now suddenly it is? And, of course, the warranty is now expired (over the KM). When I advised it should still be covered by warranty as the problem was brought to their attention before the warranty expired I was told the problem wasn’t there when they had the vehicle in June. I responded “of course the problem was there, that’s why we brought the vehicle in. It’s not my fault you couldn’t find the problem.” One of the “cautions” on the recommended work this week is “Replace left rear axle seal (Found rear differential seep)”. Nothing to be done at this point but to keep an eye on it. What? In June Sherwood Dodge did “Replace both rear axle seals (Found both rear axle seals to be leaking)” and now they are warning us one of them is “seeping”? I advised them not to do any of the work as we would take the vehicle elsewhere as I have lost all confidence in Sherwood Dodge. I took the vehicle elsewhere to have it serviced where I was told I was the second customer today to come in complaining after being at Sherwood Dodge. More

Exceptional experience I've been working with Adam Pollock in sales for the past month and a half to factory order my 2018 Challenger. He has been awesome to work with from the first time we sat down together. Adam listened to my wants and needs in the vehicle to help me order my dream car. He was very prepared for each meeting, and arranged to have me pre-approved and my car appraised ahead of time so when the car arrived 6-8 weeks later, the deal would be smooth and quick. 6 weeks later, I got a call from Adam that my car had arrived. In those 6 weeks, he continued to keep in touch with me and keep me updated on the progress. When my car arrived, Adam was quick to get me in to get me in my new car. Unfortunately, it was in that meeting that I found out my original appraisal had been incorrect - to a tune of a couple thousand dollars. I wasn't very happy - but Adam sent me home in my new car for the night while he worked with finance and his manager to make it right. I went back 2 days later (as I wasn't able to the day in between), and Adam greeted me enthusiastically and told me I would be sitting down with his manager, Curtis Nykyforuk, to see what they could do. Curtis was very professional, and quick to build rapport and make me at ease. He was very understanding of the situation, and very willing to make things right. I walked in there pretty upset still, but after talking to Curtis and Adam, and after the concessions they provided, I had a grin from ear to ear knowing we could make this work. From there, I moved into Rob Shaw's office in finance. Again, he was very eager to make me happy and to ensure I understood all the possible options available to me. I've never seen a car deal been financed so fast and easily. He made the whole process very simple. Thank you Adam, Curtis, Rob, and the rest of the staff at Sherwood Park Dodge for making what could've been a very bad situation one of the best experiences I've had! More

They have great service staff and are prompt with the service delivery always within the timeframe they quote. While waiting for an oil change to be completed, I was approached by Bud Massey for a chat to see if I was happy with Sherwood Park Dodge and if he could be of service. We spoke about the possibility of trading in my current vehicle for a newer model. I told him that I was musing on the idea, but was not committed. Bud was very giving of his time knowing that I had no commitment to trade up. He was very congenial in answering all my many questions, and provided the information I needed on the newer model, and provided the opportunity to evaluate my current vehicle as a trade in. After consideration, I decided to keep my current vehicle. Bud was very understanding.
