As we had visited other dealerships, we arrived decided on what we would require to make a deal including the sale of my 2014 Ford Fiesta for which we had received previous bids and an ideal number in mind. New car manager Leland Wilcox joined the conversation and quickly offered several options to suit my price points. Both Alaeldeen and Leland were personable and professional. I am entirely pleased with the way we collectively came to an agreement for the combined sale and purchase arrangement which concluded in meeting Finance manager Meaghan Shannon. Admittedly I was anxious as this Rio is my first financed vehicle. Meaghan was patient with my reservations and accommodating of my hesitations. I am confident she had my best interest in mind throughout the financing process. I sincerely appreciate the way Meaghan addressed my concerns and questions. I love the car and am impressed by the interactions I experienced with all 3 staff members who made my big decision (to invest in a new vehicle) an easier decision than I initially anticipated. Wonderful buying experience!! Went in on March 29 th 2017 to the used car lot. A salesman by the name of Bruno came up to us and asked us what we were looking for and how he could Went in on March 29 th 2017 to the used car lot. A salesman by the name of Bruno came up to us and asked us what we were looking for and how he could help us. He immediately got us keys for a Kia Soul my daughter was interested in and showed us both Souls and explained the difference in both and told us which one he would recommend and why. Very open and honest with us and being from Camrose and not knowing the city he had my daughter drive and he directed on various roads so she could see how the car would handle. Then myself feeling confident with the salesman Bruno I asked him about a used Nissan Juke. He brought one over and did a similar test drive and was sold. So we ended up buying 2cars that day! They detailed them for us and filled them with gas so the next day we went and picked them up. If I had not felt comfortable with Bruno i would not have bought these cars. He was so honest and open along with being Personable and Down to Earth! We will be eventually looking to purchase a truck and because of our experience with Bruno we will be back!! More

The staff is super nice, and they make you feel good about your purchase. They weren't pushy and just wanted you to leave happy with a reliable vehicle. Where is the service? Went to Sherwood Kia because this is the closest dealer to service my new Kia. I have a small warrantee item and need my first oil change. I also mentioned I was looking for a dealer to service my vehicle over the next 5 years or so and they were the closest dealer. The person at the service desk was Tanya Sherban. I believe this person needs a beginners course in public relations. After I mentioned I was a potential long term customer, I was greeted with a complete lack of enthusiasm on her part which gave me a feeling of "why am I here"... Also, I live only 15 minutes away on an acreage, and asked if they provide courtesy transportation or a shuttle service if, sometime in the future, I needed to leave my vehicle for a longer period. She bluntly told me "no" - they only provide shuttle service to Sherwood Park and Edmonton. So I responded that it was only 15 minutes to my residence, when it could take more time to shuttle someone to Edmonton. Still "no service!" Was the response. I then asked to cancel the appointment and I would get back to her. What I forgot to do was apologize for interrupting her day... (Still looking for a dealer to service my vehicle.) More
