It's to the point I've had to have many heated arguments and phone calls with him about there shotty unacceptable service. There service advisors especially Laurance should be placed in jail for being a slimy lieing xxx. In all the years I've been dealing with car dealerships this has to be the worst. Trust me when I say this take your business else where and save yourself the trouble. Sherwood kia will be your best friend untill you take your new xxx home then there true colors shine. You can read the other reviews on here There all fabricated lies How do you go in for a mechanical problem and leave with a $600 bill to have the vehicle in worse shape. I picked the sorrento up today and IT WAS NOT ROADWORTHY. It's to the point I will never have them so much as turn a screw on the car again. On top of that I was quoted $580 for a part but phoned another local kia dealer to find out there charging double. So there charging for two to put one on there parts shelf for free to sell. Take your chances if you like but I will never do business of any sort with them again and now have lawers and AMVIC looking into there business records

I have a lot of trepidation about new car shopping, however Nathan made the process very comfortable and smooth providing providing helpful, honest and factual information. I think it helps when you have a solid idea about what you are looking for, Would hightly recommend seeing Nathan if you are contemplating a new Kia car purchase. Nathan has also since spent additional time to help me in particular with the infotainment features.

STAY AWAY!!! Well…..this is now my third review on this garbage dealership. Not only is their service department complete garbage, the finance manager Manny is quite possible one of the biggest liars I’ve ever met. He sold us a used VW Tiguan with the promise….PROMISE…that it would be worth what we paid a year later to trade it in; well we just went to trade it in and the vehicle depreciated by $15,000. That’s some strange math if you ask me. The service department repaired the tire that they sold us with a slow leak at no charge, which was nice minus the fact that it was a side wall repair which is illegal and dangerous. I’m grateful the tire only went flat in my garage and didn’t blow out with my child in the car and Sherwood Kia have that on their hands. If you haven’t read my previous review of this garbage company I would like to add they told us we were being given the friends and family treatment because we were referred by someone they highly respect and deal with often. Sherwood Kia must HATE their family because I certainly to lie to and put my families lives at risk. Simply put, you’d be better to put wheels on a cardboard box and drive that than buy anything from this dealership.
