That gave me a very confident feeling that there would be no surprises. During the financing talk, there was no high-pressure pitch to buy all sorts of additional products. They were presented realistically and I was able to make an informed decision for or against them. The walk-through of the car afterwards was very thorough. They were incredibly helpful. Took two older cars as trade-ins, even coming to my home to jump start one of them and drive it to the dealership. Alaeldeen is extremely knowledgeable, with a very pleasant and sincere manner. Brenda was helpful in expediting the transfer of the vehicle I wanted from Calary. Leland was always there whenever I stopped in for questions. Sam expedited the financing quite seamlessly.
