He had purchased a car the previous year from Sherwood Honda and suggested we try there as Todd, the salesman who sold him his car was excellent. He was right; Todd was phenomenal. He listened, advised, had us do a test drive, and had a second vehicle lined up to try before we got back. After deciding to buy, we met Patrick, finance guru, who jumped through hoops for me. I would absolutely recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone looking to buy. More

I was told the car is new but I don’t think it is new it has already 220 in the milage, have scratches and dent that they tried to fixed but i just let go of it because its too late i already signed the papers. So sad... Now only 3-4 months to realized that the windshield washer and coolant are empty!!! How am not going to be mad?! So if you guys are planning to get your car here! Don’t buy here, if you don’t want to have the same experience. Don’t waste your time and money! And I don’t want others to have this frustrations i am feeling everyday. More

He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied 200%. He took his time to let us know all our options, did not rush us or was not eager on just trying to close a deal. We have never met someone who loves his job so much and is just extremely great at it. We definitely recommend that you go to Sherwood Honda and also have Felix as your advisor. I can assure you that you would leave with zero disappointment. Shout out to his manager Hong who also made it his priority we were satisfied and taken care of. At the end, we left with an Accord Touring Black on Ivory. Thank you Felix for being the best, manager Hong also for being able to recognize that and Sherwood Honda for having such an awesome TEAM More
Friendly face with poor sevice. First I put a down payment on a car that the price was right although not the car I was looking for and... they sold it after I had the down payment o First I put a down payment on a car that the price was right although not the car I was looking for and... they sold it after I had the down payment on it... they made that right in the end by getting me the car I actually wanted for a deal and 10 years oil changes. Second they are the only one to ever service the used vehicle that I bought and they had completely stripped the oil plug on this barely used car [110k maybe less] and said it was normal wear and tear and I needed to pay to have it repaired. Third one time well in a hurry to get to work and after expressing so they assured me that they would be more then fast enough to wash my car. Instead they locked my keys in my car and instead of telling me so and getting my spare key from me. they went through the process of making a new key and attempting to unlock it well making me wait for a long time without updating me. I had a spare key and the only reason I knew they had made one was because the third time I went to ask them what was going on I caught her on the way out to my car to unlock it. I have called and made attempts to get them to call me back for an oil change appointment but they seem to not check there messages at thoroughly as one would hope. I will say that there sales people in the used car department (apart from a pushy guy upstairs who does financing or something) are great. I'm not trying to blame them but for a car I only drive on the highway it seems to have a ton of issues they should of caught before selling it. Overall a terrible experience and I will avoid them in the future. I have a few other little things but I don't think I need to say much more. More

A few hours later, they said my car was ready and I picked up. Driving home on Baseline Rd., I turned on my wipers. The wiper blade flew off leaving me with no ability to clean my windshield on a slushy day. The technician apparently took it apart, but failed to reconnect it. I could have had a serious accident. I was instantly greeted by the receptionist, Rachel, who was super cheerful and friendly. She was enthusiastic and ready to help, which was very impressive considering she was in training. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future servicing and sure hope that I get to see Rachel there again! More

Honda Canada is aware of this but they are still selling it without confirming that the issue has been addressed!! Recently (3 weeks ago) bought a brand new 2018 CRV lx awd, and I was disappointed because the gasoline getting into the engine oil problem comes up. I've been monitoring the oil level for that past 3 weeks and the oil level has always been above the upper marker, almost topping that yellow stick. Called Sherwood Honda and try to book an appointment and they said there is no recall under my vin so they cannot book me in. I argued with them for over 20 min and they said we can take a look. They told me over phone that the engine issue is very common and they've ordered new updated parts that can fix the problem so I asked them to check if the parts in my car has been updated or not but they simply says they cannot confirm that. I think they are trying to avoid creating a panic to people who is still buying the 2018 CRVs. Few hours later they called me saying my oil level is normal and questioning me like I didn't know what I was doing with the oil level checking and simply send me away with my car. Called Honda Canada to confirm the parts, they simply say they cannot confirm either. Then WHO THE xxxx can? Very disappointed with the service from the dealer and Honda Canada. More

Based on this quote, I decided to have the dealership do the work. However, when I went in to schedule a day for the work, I was given a price approximately $400 over my original quote. When I provided the breakdown of my original quote, I was finally told that my original quote could be met as a special price, though tire installation would be extra despite the fact that I had understood that my original quote was provided as all in. When talking to the appointment coordinator, I said I would bring my vehicle in at 10:30 a.m., and asked how long it would take to put on the new tires. The coordinator told me I should count on leaving the vehicle for the day, and when I protested that I only wanted a tire change, she said in what appeared to me to be a rather patronizing way that it depended on what else the service department found to do. Since it was only a tire change I was after, I changed my appointment to 2:30 p.m. to give less time to find this "additional work". The final inspection report had over $6,000 of additional work identified as precautionary, which I declined to have done, but it also had an additional charge of $262.74 over and above my quote, and this was identified as "supplies and taxes". When I pointed out that GST had already been applied, and that my original quote was all in, I was told that I would not be billed for this additional charge. I really prefer not to waste time writing critical reviews, but decided to do so this time because this is not the only similar experience that I have had with this service department. I have heard rumours that because margins on new cars have shrunk, that remuneration at dealerships is being tied more and more to upselling and overcharging by front line staff, rather than by how well they service their customers. I don't know whether this is so, but it would certainly explain my experiences. Regardless of the reason, I no longer know who I can trust. Except for the fact that the steel rims supplied were different from the steel rims on display for my vehicle, I have no issues with the tire change-over itself.. More
