Horrible Service Department I made the mistake of buying my CRV-EX through Sherwood Honda, it has had some major issues when going uphill on larger hills on the highway it stalls I made the mistake of buying my CRV-EX through Sherwood Honda, it has had some major issues when going uphill on larger hills on the highway it stalls and I have had to pull over and wait for traffic to pass before continuing otherwise I might get rear ended. This problem was explained to Sherwood's Service team around 10 times between the two girls at the front (who look like they hate their job and are just angry). After a detailed explanation that the issue occurs uphill the first time the tech, who was just being lazy, drove it around Sherwood Park, did not take it on the highway or a hill and reported there was no problem. After expressing that I do not feel safe driving on the highway, they AGREED that it was dangerous however felt no need to do anything about the issue. Two more times it has been taken back to them, with their refusal to do anything about it, including taking it for a simple drive on the highway. I even agreed to sit with the tech, arranged an appointment, got a confirmation from Honda that their would be a tech in that day, but when I got to Sherwood Honda that day I was told "there was no tech that day...that I would need to come back." Then I was told to bring it in, because I work Monday through Friday, and they would have a senior tech drive the vehicle around and when I arrive they refused again because I "needed to sit with the tech, and he would be in later that day and they cant just have the tech driving around all day" even though I was not told this on the phone. Knowing I would not have the time to sit with the tech and babysit him, while he attempted to do his job, the issue again was not in their concern. The CRV was purchased brand new from that dealership with a 5 year warranty, however that means nothing with their are so unwilling to help. The level of frustration when you keep repeating yourself but the two girls at the front are so unwilling to even listen or help amazes me. Three times I have been to that dealership and not once did they drive it on the highway to see the issue. The blonde and brunette girls that work in Service are so bitter and just seem that they do not enjoy their job, they act as if fixing this issue is coming out of their own pocket or pay cheque. With multiple other dealerships in the area, if I knew better, I would not have come to Sherwood Honda at all. More

Superb experience I have been to a lot of car dealerships, but there is definitely something special about Sherwood Honda. I bought a used CR-V from Robert, who is supe I have been to a lot of car dealerships, but there is definitely something special about Sherwood Honda. I bought a used CR-V from Robert, who is superb, efficient and down to earth, with no silly pressure tactics. He definitely goes the extra mile and is an asset to Honda and this dealership. Everybody else I met here was great too, so refreshing. The price may have been a little more than I could have paid elsewhere, but it was SO worth it. Recommended to all. More

My main concern with all dealers and particularly Honda dealers since I have 3 Hondas in the family, is that I get only the work that I require. I took my Odyessey in because there was a clunking noise in dealers since I have 3 Hondas in the family, is that I get only the work that I require. I took my Odyessey in because there was a clunking noise in the front end. I'm sure they could have told me any number of things were wrong including struts. Instead, they went right to the problem and fixed it. Sway Bar bushings. The cost was much less than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. I do believe this is a dealership I can trust to fix the problem and not replace parts that do not need replacing. More

I had a simple little plastic cover on my 2012 Pilot crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to inst crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to install the new part myself. Sherwood Honda's solution was to order the part and mail it to my door without me having to lift a finger! Perfect thanks again! More

My husband and I purchased a Fit for myself at Alberta Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. We love Honda vehicles so when my husband wanted a Civic we KNEW we didn't w Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. We love Honda vehicles so when my husband wanted a Civic we KNEW we didn't want to go back to the 'other' place. Stepping into the Sherwood Park location was an excellent decision. We were greated in a polite manner with no pressure. No feeling of being stalked while browsing and all our questions were answered. Now when I need servicing on my Fit I Always choose Sherwood Honda! The staff there are super helpful and friendly! Its a MUCH better atmosphere then other dealerships that we've gone to. More
I love this car dealer! I purchased a Ford Explorer form Robert recently which is my third purchase from him. I believe Sherwood Honda and Robert helped me hugely as there was some road blocks in the process. Robert always was easy to get a hold of and provided excellent service which will keep me coming back to your dealership. If I need a vehicle in the future I’m going to Sherwood Honda and Robert. It is my opinion that Robert should be commended for going above and beyond. The service area has also just been amazing to work with in all my vehicle purchases. Keep up the great work and you will have all the customers you can handle. More
