Excellent Sales Staff I was recently shopping for a used vehicle for my daughter which brought us to Sherwood Park Honda. Even though we did not buy a vehicle from the dea I was recently shopping for a used vehicle for my daughter which brought us to Sherwood Park Honda. Even though we did not buy a vehicle from the dealership my daughter and I thought that it was important to recognize one of their staff. Samantha was our sales person through-out the process and we would highly recommend her to any potential car buyers. She was professional and friendly with no sales pressure. My daughter felt very comfortable during the discussions and test drives and we both agreed that she deserves a gold star rating. More
Not pleasant experience I was looking at purchasing a used vehicle where i put down cash payment deposit to hold the vehicle from being sold. The finance department took my c I was looking at purchasing a used vehicle where i put down cash payment deposit to hold the vehicle from being sold. The finance department took my cash payment deposit and indicated it would be put in an envelope with my name on it to be held in their safe until my credit application got approved. Instead the dealership, took my cash payment deposit and deposited into their bank. I found out the next day that i didn't qualify for the vehicle loan and asked for my cash payment deposit back. The finance department failed to provide me back the cash instead gave me a dealership cheque for the amount. I was very upset because now i had to deposit the cheque and wait 5 days for the bank to clear the cheque. I am not impressed with how they handled the situation with me. I will not deal or recommend any my relatives or friends to this dealership. More

Best used car experience After weeks of trying to find the used vehicle I was looking for, I finally found it at Sherwood Honda. The first night I went into Sherwood Honda, I After weeks of trying to find the used vehicle I was looking for, I finally found it at Sherwood Honda. The first night I went into Sherwood Honda, I didn’t realize that they were going to be closing in a couple minutes – but they still were so accommodating and let me go out and look at the vehicle. They offered to let me test drive it then, but I didn’t want to keep them – and they offered to hold it for me until the next night when I was off work (without a deposit or anything, just good faith that I’d come back and look at it again). I was so floored by their kindness, as most dealerships pushed a deposit on me. When I came back the next evening, our sales person Robert even brought the Jeep inside for us to look at because it had already gotten dark out. He showed us the Carproof too. Then he gave us the keys and let us take it for a drive around the area. We ended up buying the Jeep and they gave us a great deal. I love it! Not only was our experience with Sherwood Honda, Robert and their sales manager so much different than all of the other dealerships we had gone to – but it was by far the easiest. They were open, honest and didn’t pressure us. And it made a huge difference to me to buy my vehicle from friendly and honest people like the ones at Sherwood Honda – we will definitely be going back for our next vehicle! More
Lied too by Honda I was promised work to be done for a recall and now they are saying it is my fault for trusting them. If you need work for a recall I would recommend you do not wait for them to contact you as they won't . Call them daily and get your vehicle fixed or you will be responsible for paying the cost yourself. Definitely going next door to TOYOTA!!!! More

After further discussions with the dealership GM, he made it very clear that they value their customers and work hard to create a relationship that encourages repeat business. I was very impressed with the level of customer appreciation and the eventual outcome we reached. I will continue to do business at Sherwood Honda! When purchasing our used vehicle from Sherwood Honda we were offered a warranty for the vehicle. My wife and I were familiar with this warranty because we had used it before on a previous purchase at a different dealership. The insurance company who provides this warranty offers a refund policy if no claim is made against the policy during the term. We requested the refund policy and the financing representative assured us that is what we purchased. The warranty term has expired and no claim was made against it. We inquired about the refund but it was refused because we did not purchase the refundable policy. (Very concerning, we specifically requested the refund policy). Our concerns have been raised with management at the dealership, but a typical, "there's nothing we can do" response is all we've received The financing rep told us what we wanted to hear to complete the warranty sale. The dealership and the insurance company make money while the customer is taken advantage of. Do not trust this dealership, they do not take ownership when mistakes are made, at the customers expense. More

Merv, Quinn, Robert and the team at Sherwood Honda made us feel welcome every time we stepped in to the show room. We must have gone in 4 times and looked at several vehicles before we found the one for us! No pressure from the sales team and an inviting atmosphere. Totally recommend buying from these folks! More
ABSOLUTELY AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE After a bad experience with Go Honda, we went to purchase a 2014 Civic EX at Sherwood Honda. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. From initially talking to After a bad experience with Go Honda, we went to purchase a 2014 Civic EX at Sherwood Honda. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. From initially talking to them on the phone to taking delivery of the car, this was hands down the best service ever. When we got our trade in back from Go Honda, we had already cancelled the insurance so Sherwood Honda provided us with a dealer plate so we could transport the car to their lot. From dealing with Samantha to also dealing briefly with Quinn, we were extremely impressed. Firstly, after being told by Go Honda that there were no Civics available in white, Sherwood Honda had one in stock. It took about a week to take delivery of our car as the dealer we walked away from took there time in cancelling the paperwork. The vehicle in question was identical to the one at Go Honda, however at Sherwood Honda the MSRP was $900.00 cheaper as well as the dealership gave us an Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror($450.00 value)as well as Locking wheel nuts($160 value) free of charge. When we first saw the car, we were advised that the front bumper had a scratch on it and that it would be repaired before delivery. On the delivery day, the bumper had been repaired with touch up paint which was not to our standard so we were asked to come back a week later, which we did and the bumper was replaced at no cost to us. I cannot speak about other sales people at Sherwood Honda but Samantha and Quinn were awesome. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP and if I am ever in the market to buy another vehicle, I would NOT even look at another Honda Dealer. WELL DONE TO ALL AT SHERWOOD HONDA AND KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK. More
Horrible Service Department I made the mistake of buying my CRV-EX through Sherwood Honda, it has had some major issues when going uphill on larger hills on the highway it stalls I made the mistake of buying my CRV-EX through Sherwood Honda, it has had some major issues when going uphill on larger hills on the highway it stalls and I have had to pull over and wait for traffic to pass before continuing otherwise I might get rear ended. This problem was explained to Sherwood's Service team around 10 times between the two girls at the front (who look like they hate their job and are just angry). After a detailed explanation that the issue occurs uphill the first time the tech, who was just being lazy, drove it around Sherwood Park, did not take it on the highway or a hill and reported there was no problem. After expressing that I do not feel safe driving on the highway, they AGREED that it was dangerous however felt no need to do anything about the issue. Two more times it has been taken back to them, with their refusal to do anything about it, including taking it for a simple drive on the highway. I even agreed to sit with the tech, arranged an appointment, got a confirmation from Honda that their would be a tech in that day, but when I got to Sherwood Honda that day I was told "there was no tech that day...that I would need to come back." Then I was told to bring it in, because I work Monday through Friday, and they would have a senior tech drive the vehicle around and when I arrive they refused again because I "needed to sit with the tech, and he would be in later that day and they cant just have the tech driving around all day" even though I was not told this on the phone. Knowing I would not have the time to sit with the tech and babysit him, while he attempted to do his job, the issue again was not in their concern. The CRV was purchased brand new from that dealership with a 5 year warranty, however that means nothing with their are so unwilling to help. The level of frustration when you keep repeating yourself but the two girls at the front are so unwilling to even listen or help amazes me. Three times I have been to that dealership and not once did they drive it on the highway to see the issue. The blonde and brunette girls that work in Service are so bitter and just seem that they do not enjoy their job, they act as if fixing this issue is coming out of their own pocket or pay cheque. With multiple other dealerships in the area, if I knew better, I would not have come to Sherwood Honda at all. More
