Superb experience I have been to a lot of car dealerships, but there is definitely something special about Sherwood Honda. I bought a used CR-V from Robert, who is supe I have been to a lot of car dealerships, but there is definitely something special about Sherwood Honda. I bought a used CR-V from Robert, who is superb, efficient and down to earth, with no silly pressure tactics. He definitely goes the extra mile and is an asset to Honda and this dealership. Everybody else I met here was great too, so refreshing. The price may have been a little more than I could have paid elsewhere, but it was SO worth it. Recommended to all. More

My main concern with all dealers and particularly Honda dealers since I have 3 Hondas in the family, is that I get only the work that I require. I took my Odyessey in because there was a clunking noise in dealers since I have 3 Hondas in the family, is that I get only the work that I require. I took my Odyessey in because there was a clunking noise in the front end. I'm sure they could have told me any number of things were wrong including struts. Instead, they went right to the problem and fixed it. Sway Bar bushings. The cost was much less than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. I do believe this is a dealership I can trust to fix the problem and not replace parts that do not need replacing. More

I had a simple little plastic cover on my 2012 Pilot crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to inst crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to install the new part myself. My husband and I purchased a Fit for myself at Alberta Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. We were greated in a polite manner with no pressure. No feeling of being stalked while browsing and all our questions were answered. Now when I need servicing on my Fit I Always choose Sherwood Honda! The staff there are super helpful and friendly! Its a MUCH better atmosphere then other dealerships that we've gone to. More

I love this car dealer! I purchased a Ford Explorer form Robert recently which is my third purchase from him. I believe Sherwood Honda and Robert helped me hugely as there was some road blocks in the process. I’m one happy customer because we took time to go to Sherwood Honda in Sherwood Park. We were looking all around the city of Edmonton went to 3 dealers and I would say from pushy sales people and drunk Sherwood Honda in Sherwood Park. We thought we should take 10 minutes and drive to Sherwood Honda. One of the best decisions that we have ever made in purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted by normal people and showed us the Pilot that we ended up purchasing. Quinn showed us the vehicle and demonstrated the features of the Honda product with no pressure just showed us the value that you get with Honda products. After shopping the Edmonton stores we actually thinking of going to Toyota product because of being skittish of Honda. We now love the Pilot and driving our new vehicle and are happy we stayed we the purchase trail. These people here are just nice people that really care about what the customer wants. We added running boards after the purchase and were thrilled with all the service representing this company; they just really wanted to make sure we got the service we wanted and the running boards that matched our new Pilot. Anyway we just want to say thank you to Sherwood Honda for changing our buying experience into a positive event! More
