Service department staff a complete joke . My wife took our 2011 pilot in for a timing belt. I called down to the dealership to inquire about it and I was informed they did not have my vehicle My wife took our 2011 pilot in for a timing belt. I called down to the dealership to inquire about it and I was informed they did not have my vehicle and my wife must have took it to a different dealership. I decided to go down to Honda and not to my surprise I found my car parked in the same place where my wife said she left it. This was to be a all day job and now it is noon. I asked for the service manager to relay my disgust and he laughed. Not hard to see why this service department is so dysfunctional. Sherwood Honda should be embarrassed to have him represent their company. More

Happy with how they looked after me after the purchase Noticed as I was about to drive away in my 2014 4runner I bought from them that the xm Antena was missing. They had no idea. Wonderful Service This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Was driving up from Texas to visit family when the TPSM light came on and was on for 4 This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Was driving up from Texas to visit family when the TPSM light came on and was on for 4 days. Scheduled to take it in and of course the light went off on the way to the dealership. Still took it in and the tech checked all the tires, reset the sensors, checked the computer and gave the car a complete going over including a car wash. It was great service and when I went to pay the bill it was no charge. What a great experience and unexpected surprise for a visitor from the States. More
