Keeping me on the Road I am on my second 07 Legacy purchased from Scarboro Subaru. I have had both cars serviced exclusively at the dealership and Jeff has been my service r I am on my second 07 Legacy purchased from Scarboro Subaru. I have had both cars serviced exclusively at the dealership and Jeff has been my service rep for some time now with assistance from Glen and Fidel. My first Legacy made it to 425,000 kms at about 50,000 kms a year. The current one is at 150,000 kms, and I am still at about 50,000 a year. The techs and Jeff have kept me on the road and they have at times worked very hard to ensure that servicing would be complete by the end of the day I brought the car. I have always been happy with the explanation of the work, the cost and the quality. I never feel I am being upsold on work that isn't necessary. Overall, I trust the dealership and that has been very important to me. I am happy to recommend them and Subaru as a make of vehicle. Great cars. More

I had previously bought a brand new Subaru Crosstrek at another dealer a few years ago and after we had agreed to the price, this other dealer tried to upsell me on every possible thing I didn't need. I also ended up spending a lot of my precious time in the process. I felt no pressure to buy anything extra at Scarboro Subaru. They answered all my questions and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I also felt that the asking price on the used 2016 I purchased at Scarboro Subaru was better than I had seen elsewhere. I plan on going back to Scarboro Subaru when I am ready for my next Subaru! More

We were introduced to the Sales Person via the General Manager. Stone did a very good job answering our questions, comparing the various purchase/lease options, explaining the benefits of the different programs and getting to the final numbers quickly without the 'historical back and forth' that many of us dislike. Stone made the entire experience pleasant, was never pushy and was professional throughout; from the first meeting, working with the business manager, reviewing the best options when the shipment from Subaru went into the next month, answering follow on questions via email and finally on signing and delivery. The entire process went as expected with no surprises - other than some pleasant ones due to this sales professional's experience! Well done Stone, John and Guy! More
