At the end of my work day, this made for a very much appreciated quick and efficient stop and I was able to drive off in my new car in a short amount of time. He spent a lot of time with me and was very happy to agree to all my requests including a test drive at my convenience, a revisit to ask additional questions and to check out some details on the car, a willingness without reservation for me to take the car to my personal mechanic to check it out (it was a demo), and an immediate agreement to reward the friend who had referred me to this dealer. My only negative is the dealer's inability to provide me with the appropriate invoice acceptable to claim a tire rebate from Michelin for the winter tires I purchased at the time of buying the car. I still do not know if what was provided to me is acceptable to Michelin. More

When we finally came to Scarboro Subaru, Stone made himself available to answer our questions, but didn't push us and let us decide on our own what we wanted. After a test drive, we came back and decided to buy. The entire process was very easy, and Stone went the extra mile, giving is some good advice on rust proofing, throwing in a few accessories, and getting the car ready by the date promised.
