I bought the Subaru Forester and it is the second car we are getting. A few years ago we had to spend more than half a day to negotiate the price because the sales person kept distracting and confusing us with different terms, most of which are irrelevant to us (we made our needs clear to her at the beginning and she kept "forgetting"). I was afraid that similar things will happen again but turned out my concern was not necessary. I did a test drive with Stone first and then bought the car a few days later. Stone listened carefully when we describe our needs and kept our needs in mind during the whole process. We never had to restate the needs. He gave straightforward and clear answers to our questions related to the car and to the finance part. He also gave us some helpful suggestions when we are making decision on how to pay for the car. I threw questions to Stone using text messages whenever I thought of one during this whole process. Stone always answered these questions promptly and gave me the feeling that he's always there willing to help. I would definitely recommend both Subaru cars and Stone Hu to my friends and family based on my experience. More

Throughout the process the parts dealership provided me great pricing for winter tires and information on what services they offer. Service/Parts were definitely friendly over the phone and did help me out whenever I called in about questions! Stone did a great job in ensuring I got the car I wanted and I finally got to drive off with my 2018 WRX STi just yesterday. Highly recommended in terms of pricing / overall knowledge / legitimacy. Disappointing Experience I went to this dealership knowing that I was going to lease a Subaru, I just wasn’t sure which model. My visit started out well, and I was able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. It was when we sat down to move forward with the lease and discuss numbers that it went downhill. I asked what I believe to be some basic questions most people would ask when leasing a vehicle. It was extremely clear that Nic was annoyed by every question I asked and was very dismissive. Instead of just answering my questions so we could move forward with the paperwork, he thought it necessary to essentially tell me how lucky I would be to own a Subaru vehicle. He was cocky and condescending. I have never met anyone in sales with an attitude quite like his. Turned off by his behaviour, I went to another Subaru dealership. I asked the same questions, and the sales person easily and happily answered. I moved forward with leasing. It was a great experience. I wish I just went there in the first place. More

On my first visit a couple of months ago, when I went to do research on Suburu cars, I was welcomed by Jose who took the time to show me the cars I was interested in and to answer my questions with absolutely no pressure to make a sale I went back the next week for a test drive and Jose took me out to try the car I had my eye on, and again, he answered my questions with absolutely no pressure. I so greatly appreciated this, especially as a woman walking into a dealership on my own. I ended up buying a brand new Crosstrek from Jose, a departure for me as I have always had Hondas in the past. I love the car, had a stress-free experience buying it, look forward to many happy years of wonderful travels and I will absolutely tell people to see Jose if they are looking for a new car.
