Although no one else looked like they wanted to talk to me, Wilson approached me, took 2 minutes to explain the issue of scarcity with Subaru and then told me to call him. My next visit to see him was great as he wrote down all the pricing in a detailed and transparent manner for me and then gave me the paper to keep. Because I am a person who does extensive research, I decided to visit a different dealership to see what they might tell me. After two visits to the other dealership, I was fed up. The other dealership treated me with a high pressure sales pitch and a disdainful manner. After all my research (including unhaggling), it turned out that Wilson had provided me the best price off the bat and was a pleasure to deal with to boot. Thank you Wilson! More

My sales experiences have been nothing but positive - no-pressure, pleasant, frank and honest. Shameer, a long time adviser in the Service Department, looks after my cars like his own. Recently I wanted to buy an Impreza for my wife to run errands around town (she wouldn't drive anything else except a Subaru). Carmen introduced me to Stone Hu who turned out to be one the best salesman I have ever met over the years. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of the product and his engaging personality. He is a congenial young man always willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. I used to regard car salesman as the enemy, but with Stone it was like sitting down with a friend to decide on the best purchase. What a wonderful experience. More

1st time visit ... GREAT SERVICE!!! I am writing this lengthy review because of my great experience at Scarborough Subaru. I was having problems with my brakes and other minor issues with my 2010 Forester. I arrived at the dealership at 35mins before they opened. I was greeted by Jeff 25 mins before the service department opened. He offered me a cup of coffee because it was chilly outside ...which was very nice of him. He was very patient with me while I explained my issues with my car. He then explained the lay out of the service department because it was my first visit. When Jeff explained the report from the mechanic he was very clear and professional ... He even escorted me to my car which was at the back of the service department. Jeff introduced me to Sergio who was the mechanic assigned to my car. Sergio gave me a visual explanation of the outstanding issues on my car which needed immediate attention. A shuttle service was arranged to drop me off and pick me up when my car was complete. I needed my car before rush hour started ... Jeff and Sergio did not disappoint ... IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME!!! Jeff introduced me to the other service staff and the Service Manager Dominic. I mentioned to Dominic I was pleased and impressed with his staff. Jeff attached his business card to my invoice and provided options for future appointments bookings. THANK YOU for making me comfortable and feel like family.
