Which brings my overall rating to 4 out of 5. Today I picked up my new 2015 Subaru Legacy with Wilson's help. He's the best! This is my third Subaru through Wilson (5 if you include my husband's cars). He is incredibly helpful, crazy knowledgable, sincere and looks out for his customers. The process was fast, easy, straightforward and painless. Being repeat customers, we also felt the appreciation from the team. Since Legacy's are in big demand, I was told that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for my new car. To my delight, they located one and I got in less than 4 weeks. Anyone looking to buy a Subaru should definitely speak with Wilson. You will not be disappointed! Thank-you Wilson for your continued support! That said, I did not get the same experience with Scarboro Subaru's service department. I had many issues with my 2011 impreza and the support I received was really disappointing (with the only exception being Norm). In year one, I had a pretty big problem with my car constantly burning oil and I brought my car in for servicing about 10 times, including regular servicing. Each time I brought it in, I asked for resolution as there was clearly a big issue with the car. I was never taken seriously, the issue was never resolved and the service manager (Dominic) seemed indifferent to the whole situation. It required an escalation from me and my husband direct to Guy to finally get resolution. As a result of Guy's involvement, the car was fixed and quickly. As a result of this poor service experience, I will be taking my new 2015 Legacy to a different dealership for servicing. Thanks, More
