Review by Ruth I was headed to Quebec for the weekend with my family and was in desperate need of winter tires for my Forester. With no appointment Jeff in service I was headed to Quebec for the weekend with my family and was in desperate need of winter tires for my Forester. With no appointment Jeff in service took my car in. He explained that it may take several hours to find a set of winter tires as they did not have any stock. Jeff introduced me to Mike in parts ... after a short discussion and several hours later my winter tires were installed. Jeff was very kind. He often gave me updates and even offered me a couple of Italian cookies and tea in the waiting room as a I explained to him I had to monitor my blood sugar level.
