I worked with Sal on the entire purchase, even though his core role is not in Sales. To me, this showed that their focus was on the customer, not on their own internal set-up. I was treated respectfully and very fairly. I felt like the purchase process was very open; just the facts and options. I had no pressure during the purchasing discussion, but once a decision had been made, Sal worked very quickly to ensure the timely pick up of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership. He is very helpful in answering our questions about the car and providing the numbers to help us decide on whether to purchase, finance or lease our Forester. My one disappointment was that my new Forester had a very visible scratch on the gear box on the day of delivery. Besides the minor delay when shifting gears (when compared to my previous Mazda6), we are happy with the car's performance. Can't wait for the snow to come to experience the Forester's full capabilities! More

20,000 km service for my Subaru Forester I wanted my vehicle serviced on a Saturday, so I booked a service appointment online several weeks in advance. I have no trouble getting the appointm I wanted my vehicle serviced on a Saturday, so I booked a service appointment online several weeks in advance. I have no trouble getting the appointment time I want. An appointment reminder was sent to my email and my cell phone the day before the service appointment. The dealer started servicing my vehicle on time. I requested to have my vehicle by noon, and I got a call at 12:10 pm. I am impressed. The price for the service is expensive though, even though I get 3% back in loyalty points for my next visit. Furthermore, the service advisor is unable to check the number of loyalty points I have from his computer. He told me that only a manager can check the number of points I have. I think the service advisor should be able to access this information. More
