Horrible We had an amazing sales person at Red Deer Mitsubishi and she would have a 5-star rating and would go back to her but upon day 2 of our new vehicle we We had an amazing sales person at Red Deer Mitsubishi and she would have a 5-star rating and would go back to her but upon day 2 of our new vehicle we received a phone call from her telling us that we don't get the winter tires that we thought were part of our deal. Even our sales person was confused because when she discussed the deal with her general manager she thought the tires were part of the deal. The finance person and manager failed to mention to us that with the deal we had we didn't get the winter tires. Without asking us they took the cost of the winter tires and reduced the purchase cost of the vehicle by what the winter tire package was worth. We live in Alberta we need winter tires and them doing this without telling us has huge impact on us financially as well as getting around. Winter tires are a necessity on the roads that we travel on. On a regular basis we are on very icy snow-covered rural roads that are not major highways or roads. All we were told by finance that the cash rebates weren’t included in the deal our sales person told us that we were to receive the winter tires they were even included on the delivery letter stating that they would be delivered to us on the Monday following our purchase as well as there is advertising all over the dealership saying free of charge winter tire package with the purchase of a new vehicle and since we weren’t told otherwise we assumed we still received them. We are beyond frustrated and feel like we have been cheated out of our money. We have no intention of ever returning to Red Deer Mitsubishi and I recommend those that do really pay attention to everything and don't just skim through the details really read it and maybe consider having someone familiar with contracts to really go through the paper work with a fine-tooth comb before you sign a thing. As our first brand new car as a new couple we were excited and happy about this purchase, now we are so upset that we don’t even want the car anymore and regret the purchase. More

Used to be good. Ridiculous charges now Always got our oil changes and maintenance done here and was always treated good as it’s a 2017. The lady said it was because they have a new service manager. Hope they know the new service manager just cost them all our business. It takes 5 mins to calibrate the tire sensors. Worth it to keep all our business, don’t you think? Won’t be going back to their service at all. More
Worst experience ever buying a vehicle! My wife and I bought our car ( SUV ) from these guys. We originally wanted a white vehicle but they claimed there was none available. They told us the only one that would work for us was a black one ( our number one on our list we didn’t want ). We literally dealt with so many people there , and my wife had to call multiple times to get any answers as they wouldn’t call us for days to let us know what was going on. It was probably close to two weeks before they got things figured out as we refused the black ( SUV). They finally found us a white one and we agreed on it , they got us to do the paperwork and before signing anything we read that it was paperwork for a black ( SUV ) not a white one . Even the vin # was wrong so we had to wait again to sign papers . We were so not impressed with the run around we were getting so they gave us a lifetime oil change card for our vehicle which didn’t really mean a whole lot as they were trying to make things better for us. They forgot to mention that u have to spend a xxxx load of money doing all these unnecessary things in order to get the oil changes. So ultimately it’s not free oil changes it’s a way for them to squeeze more money out of you than they already do. Doesn’t end there, they then gave us a free trip to Mexico or Vegas but once again didn’t explain xxxx to us just sent this card with the oil change card in the mail to us. We have to pay money to activate this trip then it’s only certain things that are included. You still have to pay a bunch of money to go on this so called free trip. All in all we have had the car for a few months now and have never heard from these guys to ask how our new vehicle is. It’s the absolute last place I would buy from if I ever get myself in to another new vehicle. Just to set the record straight as well , this is 100% true. More
Unethical Business Tactics sept 21 Me and my friend met Sales associate at 11:00 AM. I had 2 bad experiences with the same dealership but did not bother to reach out to the BB sept 21 Me and my friend met Sales associate at 11:00 AM. I had 2 bad experiences with the same dealership but did not bother to reach out to the BBB because I thought it was a genuine and not a common one. We decided to trade my old Outlander to a new one, I thought due to past experiences we would get a better deal but were not given deal that would woo us (Driving all the way 150 kms from Edmonton to Red Deer). So we were given a specific payment plan which was still out of our expected budget, the Sales associate told us that 259 bi-weekly is to start of with and if after credit check the bank would sometimes lower the payments. So I agreed to it and signed the agreement in hopes of getting a better deal after credit check. I even asked my friend to become a co-signer if that helped our case. we told the associate we will buy only if the deal is good to which she happily agreed. after the meeting with finance manager where she explained us the payments we did not agree for the high payments. Initially they handed us the payment plan of 290 and then to 270 within a minute. after a while the Sales manager(Dylan Gage) enters and tries to be the smartest guy in the room. He tries to negotiate the deal and when we told our situation he understood that we arent happy with the payments he starts becoming aggresive in his tactics and threatens us that we have already signed the agreement and he just have to send to the bank (sounded like a blackmail), he also mentions that the car is sold to you guys already because you signed it. We did our best and explained that Sales associate told that we will just get the agreement signed so that we could find the better rate after credit checks, But he was rude, agressive and threatening in his approach and kept repeating that the car is your already yours. me and my friend stormed out of the door no apology no thank you. Even Sales associate was silent when the negotiations was heated up. I would like Sales manager (Dylan Gage) to officially apologize to me and my friend present in that room. along with the apology of the owner of the dealership so that we know that he knows about this incident. Also I was promised to return my $100 deposit (refundable no matter what), as said by the sales associate by Monday through email transfer. But i don't see any positive response from them. I would like my deposit money back ASAP. This was my last visit to RED DEER MITSUBISHI and i DO NOT recommend this dealership to any one. More
Screwed me over Will never deal with them again. Made a big mistake going there and sitting almost 7 hours. Should have walked away when i wanted to. I hate this car Will never deal with them again.
