Naturally, I expected a high level of professionalism and honesty, but that was not the case. At the time of purchase, several promises were made, but they failed to fulfill many of them. Once the deal was completed, I was basically left on my own—my calls and emails were ignored, especially by top management, despite repeated follow-ups. The way the pricing was explained was also very misleading. The salesperson tried to convince me that doubling the biweekly payment equals a monthly installment, which is not a transparent or honest way to present financing. What made things worse is that even the items that were put in writing were not properly honored. The wording was manipulated in such a way that I only realized months later—when I actually tried to claim what was promised. By that time, it was too late, and it honestly felt like I had been scammed over a few things. Now I’m in the market to upgrade and purchase a second vehicle, and honestly, if they had done their job properly and treated me fairly, I wouldn’t be looking around or considering other options. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated, misled, and taken advantage of. While there, she was approached by a salesperson who encouraged her to trade in her nearly new vehicle, assuring her that she would end up with lower payments. Those assurances were false. She was persuaded into signing a new contract and is now paying more and financially worse off than before. When this was brought to management’s attention, the response from the manager was dismissive and alarming. We were told, in essence, that “our job is to sell cars” and that it is not their responsibility to assess whether a customer is vulnerable or capable, as long as a contract is signed. There was no concern shown for her age, health condition, or the clear imbalance in the situation. The attitude was that the sale justified the outcome, regardless of its impact. This is not just unethical — it borders on exploitation of a vulnerable senior. At minimum, it reflects a complete lack of integrity and basic duty of care. Buyer beware, especially if you are elderly or have an elderly family member. I would strongly advise against allowing vulnerable individuals to attend this dealership alone. More

My son bought a used car from these guys and bought extended warranty. Got the car home and it leaked all the oil on the driveway. Took 3 days to get anyone to respond to our concerns. We had to buy oil to fill it up in order to drive it down there. They said they repaired it, it leaked again on the driveway. After multiple calls and texts they finally responded and we brought it back again to be repaired. This time it worked. After this I left a 1 star google review because the service manager Andrew Miner is incredibly hard to get a hold of. Makes a person feel like they are being avoided. In the mean time I sent them the receipts, to the address they provided, for the oil we had to add plus the jug of degreaser for the driveway. After 4 days I emailed again to follow up, I shouldn't have been surprised that they didn't respond. Here is the part that really is incredibly infuriating. Andrew called after the email and the first thing he says is why did I leave a 1 star google review. Not to discuss the reimbursement for the oil and degreaser, but the 1 star review. I asked if he read it then it should be self explanatory. His only concern was the google review. I called him quite a few names and yelled because he wasn't going to help, only concerned about the review. I called the dealership back to speak to the GM and got the same lowlife xxxxxxxx cowardly attitude from an xxxxxxx. This dealership is by far the worst I have ever encountered. More

It was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. This place has zero customer service, no accountability, and frankly, they’ve acted like thieves with my money. I am beyond furious with this dealership. I exchanged text messages with them on Wednesday, and I have proof of that. The bank had already approved my loan, and all I needed to do was sign the paperwork. Since I live an hour and thirty minutes away, I told them I would be sending a friend to test drive the car. My friend couldn’t make it until Monday, so I initially planned to drive down there myself on Saturday. However, I was informed that they were closing at 5 PM, and since I wouldn’t make it in time, they told me to just come on Monday instead, when they would be open until 7 PM. Even so, I managed to find a ride and arrived at the dealership at 4 PM on Monday. They knew I was on my way, yet it took 13 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally did, I was told to wait while they brought the car out for a test drive. After a while, I was taken to the manager’s office, where I was told they had both good and bad news. When I asked them to just tell me whatever news they wanted to share first, the manager informed me that they had sold the car to a private third-party company. I am absolutely livid. The bank had already approved everything, and all I needed to do was sign the papers. They let me drive an hour and a half just to tell me the car was no longer available. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to go back and forth with me, placing the blame on me. Thankfully, I have records of all my phone conversations and text messages with them because I don’t trust car salespeople. At that point, I had to stay calm, but I was boiling inside. The manager then told me I could pick another car. Since I had already made the trip, I had no choice but to look for another option. I picked a different car, and he told me to wait outside for his guy to bring it for a test drive. Twenty minutes passed before someone finally came out—not with the car I had selected, but with a completely different one—because the second option I had picked was also sold. This entire experience was a complete waste of my time and energy. I am a single mom who had to find a sitter just to make this trip and close the deal, only to be treated with complete disregard. I had a pre-approved loan, a deal set, and yet they still sold the car out from under me. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I have every record of communication, including phone call recordings, and even proof of how rude one of the salesmen was to me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
