After getting oil change and wheel alinement, Bill was about $ 100.00 higher than quote. They don't let you know they charge extra for labor. My SUV costs almost as much as my diesel truck to service. I have thought of trading to a different brand with more fair service. More

If you buy with mitsubishi not only will you get a vehicle with issues that they know about but hid so they can over charge you... but you will also continue to be harassed two years later with invite vehicle with issues that they know about but hid so they can over charge you... but you will also continue to be harassed two years later with invites to VIP events where they will offer to take the problem vehicle they sold you off of your hands if you just go into more debt for another car with them. They will apologize for your experience saying it was "unacceptable" and that "all new staff" work there now but they will still not offer to simply FIX THE ISSUE with the car you already purchased from them. Don't buy vehicles from them! You will get rip off and fooled! Be aware this place is a crook business. I got a balloon loan with remaining balance of 12000$ at the end of term. Nobody explained that there would be remaining balance. Because I trusted them and I thought that it was a normal loan with remaining balance 0$ at the end of term, I signed all papers without deep look at details of the contract. Of course I found out about it later. But here is another nightmare begins. They called me recently with a offer of refinancing and lowering my interest rate which was 7.99%. So guess what? My new payment with lower rate of 6.29% would be 331$ biweekly instead of current 254$ bi-weekly! They were talking some bs about fees and taxes that made my new payment higher. But its 80$ more! Of course I refused their stupid offer. I don't understand how this place is still on market and running. They are screwing people over. They call me and my husband frequently with their stupid offers. Always new agents, because obviously normal people cannot work there for long deceiving poor customers. More
