Worst Dealership Ever! Horrible experience! Extremely high pressure, stole my $50 deposit (glad it wasn't more but even that was painful to lose), got talked into buying a C Horrible experience! Extremely high pressure, stole my $50 deposit (glad it wasn't more but even that was painful to lose), got talked into buying a Crappy car that wasn't even what I wanted at all because I was lied to and led to believe I wouldn't have many options anywhere. Trevor, Chad, Scott, all of them are crooks! Liam was the worst! Liam talked me into the stupid car, wasn't up front about the cost of any of their vehicles, the financing hadn't gone through yet, but they talked me into signing the bill of sale and taking the car, stamping the bill Subject to Financial Approval. I didn't like the car 5mins out of the dealership lot, (test drive had been a few days before and not long enough), and so when I called the next day to see if financing had been approved they said no it hadn't been. So I drove straight back and put the keys on the desk and said ok, the financing wasn't approved so give me my truck back, they said I couldn't do that. Drive their car and then the deal falls through. They refused to give me my truck back even though financing fell through and I told them the deal was off then. They pushed the deal through with the bank while I was there. One minute they're telling me the car isn't mine and I need to take my plate off (handed me the screwdriver), I needed to get out of the car and get my stuff out and they'd have someone bring my car around for me, then less than 5mins later as I'm putting my plate back on my truck Liam came out again and said the deal had gone through and the truck was there's, the car mine. I called the bank and they couldn't find me in the computer, and when I was given the direct line to the bank that the dealership only uses (the next day) the lady said the deal wasn't finished yet and processed on their end but she was sorry, she couldn't terminate it, only the dealership could. And they refused to. AMVIC tried to help me but couldn't find a way to charge them. Apparently they hadn't breached the Fair Trade Act. (I find that hard to Believe!) That's the short version of what happened. Save yourself and your family and friends and spread the word to never stop in there even to browse. (What I did.) There's no prices on the vehicles and it seems like they make up whatever price they want as they go along. More
POOR customer service Received an email notifying the arrival of the car for Thursday evening. Take off Saturday to pick up the car, called the dealership 4+ times, requesting an update on the vehicle, each time told me to leave a message as the financial representative is busy. Despite telling them that I needed to register the car by 4PM that day because I took the day off specifically to pick up the car and won't have time in the near future. VERY FRUSTRATED ALREADY AT THAT POINT. Not until 3:30PM, did they take SOME action. Taxied to the dealership and was driven to the registry 5 minutes before they closed. Upon return to the shop, was told that they'll get back to me right away, sat in the lounge for ONE HOUR, and then was told that the car would not be ready until Monday night (had to be cleaned, etc.). Asked whether I can pick up the car that day, and then return the car to be cleaned on the days that I would be off. The dealership said no as that would increase THEIR cost. After they told me that, they left right away to deal with another customer, and I had to taxi back to home. No apologies were given from the financial representative for not responding to the calls or taking such little useful action. SERIOUSLY? Just because I signed the contracts and purchased the car, now you're going to disrespect and mistreat me? WOULD NOT recommend their service nor would I want to be a returning customer for future purchases at this dealership. More
Watch out for fraud I recently decided to look for a vehicle and as a first time buyer I wasn't well educated on purchasing. I had given my information but NO concent as I recently decided to look for a vehicle and as a first time buyer I wasn't well educated on purchasing. I had given my information but NO concent as to proceeding with anything as I couldn't find anything I was interested in. I found something elsewhere and when I got to the other dealership financing office the manager proceeded to tell me that Mitsubishi had submitted me to 10 different banks and my credit rating when down 40 points. Now as they have absolutely no signature from me I will be taking legal actions. Just read all the reviews and that place is a joke I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them take your business elsewhere !!!!!!! More
Borderline harassment Website has no prices, called for price, price was much higher than other dealerships, not interested. Was called several times after, even though I Website has no prices, called for price, price was much higher than other dealerships, not interested. Was called several times after, even though I explained I wasn't interested. Had every low brow, ridiculous sales gimmick tried on me. Nice looking dealership with good inventory but it should be avoided at any cost because of the relentless and dodgy sales team. More

I spent a few hours there and eventually test drove a vehicle. i liked the vehicle, and we signed all the paperwork. I gave them a $300 deposit. The salesman said it usually takes the bank about 48 hours to work out all the fine details and that the dealership would contact me when that happens. That was a month ago - no phone call and they won't return any phone calls or emails. Basically my I made a deposit and lost $300 and judging from the other reviews I am not the only one. I will now explore my legal options. More

That being said the o SOCIAL MEDIA PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD !! They make you give a deposit in order to negotiate lower prices this is against the law. That being said the owe me $3000.00 for a deposit that they won't give back to me. I have no car and they are keeping my deposit money. How is this great customer service they have to trick and trap people to make a sale. This company needs to be shut down. Dan Duggal was very disrespectful to me when I asked for my money back. Empty Promises - Pawn off used ENTERPRISE RVR Purchased a vehicle based on empty promises. Once papers were signed I no longer qualified for the referral fee (found out later that "free" incentives are built into the purchase price but were not built in mine). Texts, emails and phone calls, except for Chris Durant, were conveniently ignored. When the vehicle was delivered it was riddled with paint chips and a cracked windshield. I told this to a representative and my comments were ignored. It took 3 months to finally get a document faxed to the registry office so I could register my vehicle. It took 3 months and 2 of the employees there to get through to the RDM reps that it was my legal right to have the registration I could not register my vehicle without it. That is when I found out that it was not registered to Red Deer Mitsubishi but ENTERPRISE RENTALS!!! I went on the Red Deer Mitsubishi Site when I got home and saw TWO of the same make and model listed at the same price I bought mine for with 25,000 less kms. I have been told that I can not sell it for what I paid for it. They make you feel like you are getting a good deal and they are doing you a favor when they are definitely not. More

I swear the car I was looking at was set around the 21k mark. After 2 days of dealing with them (barely getting a day to think it over) I went back to them and talked awhile longer. Eventually they asked mark. After 2 days of dealing with them (barely getting a day to think it over) I went back to them and talked awhile longer. Eventually they asked for 5k down, which I refused thank God. I get them down to a 100 dollar "deposit"..... If any of them gets you to do this and says it's not part of the payment towards your car.. It's just to show that your interested.. Don't listen... In the end after pretty much saying probably not over and over.. They would keep pushing, pushing, pushing until I flat out said no. This resulted in the guy fighting for his commission and saying "wow" in disappointment then walking to the back and grabbing his boss I believe. His boss comes out and tells me you have 2 choices. You can take the car or we can't refund you the deposit.. Argued for a bit then left with him trying to shake my hand and telling me I hope you come back... Definitely not going to happen. Don't sign anything or listen to the xxxxxxxxx they try to make up.. Unless your 100% cause I wasn't and made the mistake... Wouldn't even think about going to them ever again. More
