This dealership credit checked me twice in one year! This dealership credit checked me twice in one year! They said it wouldn't effect my credit , it showed the two checks on it. Not only did they say This dealership credit checked me twice in one year! They said it wouldn't effect my credit , it showed the two checks on it. Not only did they say I got approved for a car, I go in and then get denied . Then they said I would get approved with a second co signer , which I said no to. They then asked my boy friend to sign , in front of other customers. So unprofessional. The dealership owner before was FANTASTIC! They never held a deposit on a vehicle before. The new owners Made me give 500$ to hold the vehicle when they had more then one in stock. Saying I got approved to find out the next day I didn't. I was so angry I didn't get a apology or anything. They let me walk out, and on to the next! Horrible place, I would recommend going to Edmonton or Calgary because Red Deer location, will waist your time. Service on the other hand at Mitsubishi is OUTSTANDING! If you need services done i would recommend going to Red Deer location, The people are so friendly there , not pressuring or anything, good job guys! More

Trevor knew all my questions, and answered them in a well mannor, im sister is planning on getting married & than looking for a new vehicle, if i hear anyone looking for a new vehicle, i know where i will send them!!! Worst experience buying a used car ever! The salesman and manager are full of empty promises. We bought a used car that was just received. They told us we would get the car in 3-4 days max. We actually made a payment on the car before having it and had to fight to get a rental one for the time being. Once we got the vehicule, it hadn't been detailed or even just cleaned properly. It still stunk like smoke from the previous owner. Had to pay 300$ and get it detailed by another dealership. We had to fight over some things that they promised to us even though they were written on our bill of sale. Wow. I would suggest to everyone to not buy a car there. Especially a used car. More
I choose the Mitsubishi Outlander 2012 then I asked him if the Bluetooth and back-up camera is included and he said yes it should be packages because the model is LS but when i took the SUV the Bluetooth i if the Bluetooth and back-up camera is included and he said yes it should be packages because the model is LS but when i took the SUV the Bluetooth is disable and he promised that when i come back on other week their technician will installed however they asked to pay $800CND just to installed it. this people lie to make money. So AVOID AVOID AVOID....... I never come back to red deer mitsubishi dealership. I am very happy with my car and service from reddeer mitsu the whole experience was great,i bought many cars in the last twenty years and this was the best.i made the deal with the sales guy chris and t mitsu the whole experience was great,i bought many cars in the last twenty years and this was the best.i made the deal with the sales guy chris and the manager chad they were very low pressure and put up with all my flip flopping of what car i wanted to buy they made it fun at one point the sales manger asked me to work there.when i went to finance the finance manager instead of like usual trying to sell everything she good actually was very straight forward and actually told me some of the stuff was a waste of money for my particular situation and breee explained all my paperwork i was signing i have been rushed in the finance office to sign sign sign.the kicker of the whole deal is this, the day after i agreed to the deal with chad that i was for happy with a person named les who was i found out after was the general manager said he found some one in in northern Alberta that was willing to pay the store 1500 more dollars for my truck trade in and wanted to past that extra money on to me instead of the dealership keeping.i can tell u this that was the best 1500 they ever spent i have told everyone about my experience and two people have already bought lancers there and the store has paid me 500 for every one i sent twice since i bought my rvr there i have stopped in to visit the salesmanager runs from me cause he thinks i want his job lol!i highly recommend checking out this dealership!!!! candace riley More
Recently purchased a new used truck from RDM. Was blown away by the quality on service that we received from the staff and the new owner. Before bringing home our new vehicle RDM helped us out tremendously away by the quality on service that we received from the staff and the new owner. Before bringing home our new vehicle RDM helped us out tremendously with all the extras and after market options we added to out vehicle. The owner personally took time out of his day to make sure that we were satisfied with the customization on our vehicle. Will most definitely be buying all our vehicles from RDM. As well as recommending them to our family and friends. GREAT JOB RDM!!!! More

The sales manager, Chad was so rude to me and laughed when I had told him I changed my mind. Told me he would see what he could do and would call me by end of day. Did not here back from him or anyone else. Tried numerous times to reach Chad and finally I got a hold of him on Wednesday (4 days from the time the vehicle was ordered and cancelled and I was to receive a call) at which point he informed the vehicle had been ordered and all he would be willing to do is give me a $1000 credit to the dealership. I told him I would be calling the BBB as well as AMVIC. He told me that's fine and to tell them to ask for Chad. I hung up only to receive a phone call from the finance department informing me that a refund was in place. So yes, I received my deposit back, but only with fight. I neglected to mention that from the time I put the deposit down to the time I called to cancel, was less than one hour. All that would have been processed within one hour would have been paperwork. Its my impression that they intentionally did not respond back to me so that they could order the vehicle from the manufacturer and trap me into having to buy it. CROOKS! No dealership can legally keep a deposit if no contract is signed. This place is unprofessional and dishonest. I know someone who used to work there before they got taken over by Go Auto and she warned me not to deal with them - I should have listened. She has filed two claims against them with labour standards for not paying her her last pay check. More
I was recently directed to Red Deer Mitsubishi by a friend who explained that the dealership had been bought by new owners who were fantastic. I was in the market for a slightly used vehicle so though friend who explained that the dealership had been bought by new owners who were fantastic. I was in the market for a slightly used vehicle so thought I would check them out. I absolutely despise buying vehicles, working with salesman and being in car dealerships. As a woman I have been treated unfairly many times so I'm pretty guarded. I inquired about the Mitsubishi SUV's and Crossovers and went for a test drive. Chris Durant, the Salesman was respectful, professional and knew the products inside and out. I wasn't sold on the Mitsubishi and asked what else used they had on the lot. We discussed a few but nothing peaked my interest. I said I would really like a used Hyundai Santa Fe as I've had my eye on those for awhile. Chris said he would keep his eye out for me and that was that. I assumed that I would likely never hear from him as they didn't have one on their lot and they are after all a Mitsubishi dealership. The next day I got a call from Chris saying they had searched the province and found a Santa Fe meeting all my requirements. I was so surprised. He immediately sent me photos and it looked beautiful. I was so excited. They brought the Santa Fe to Red Deer for me and every aspect of the deal I felt like I was respected as a customer as I should be. There were some brutal snowstorms that prevented me from getting the vehicle as planned and I ended up arriving at 9 at night and Chris and the Finance people waited and were happy and friendly about it! Chris pulled my new vehicle inside so it was warm and went through every feature with me and set up my blue tooth etc. I love my new vehicle, I love that I have found a car dealership and sales people that treat people like royalty and that I was told about this fantastic place. I will be back! Great job guys and gals!!! More

poor customer service. Cris Cotton was very unprofessional. Called us at 9:45am to inform us that the form we filled out for pre-approval online was approved, and if there was a vehicle we were unprofessional. He called back later and stated credit was an issue but he would Tweek things and keep us informed. We informed him we would be at dealership today (Nov 24,2012),and he stated the vehicle we were interested in was being detailed and to show up after 2pm. We arrived at 3:22pm to be greeted by a salesman"Darcy" inside who informed us the vehicle in question was just sold as we drove a 45 minute drive to the dealership. Seriously, What dealership can't be bothered calling a potential customer that the vehicle they are driving this distance to test drive and purchase was sold and save that person a drive???? Hum....Not very professional. Then Cris Cotton(who called us this morning and confirmed we were approved, as well, was the individual who stated when we should arrive) avoided us and didn't even have the decency to approach us and apologize....but made NO EFFORTS to aknowledge us instead. Who cares at this point if the vehicle is sold, but I would never refer anyone to this dealership solely on how we were treated as potential customers. Wow.....Thanks for nothing. Guess it's a good thing that the $$$$$ we got together as a down payment wasn't placed in this dealerships possession and we found a great dealership in Edmonton with the same vehicle( 1 year newer)for the same price. We were treated exceptional and will refer anyone to that dealership!!!! Thanks for nothing Red Deer Mitsubishi.(By the way.....I have all the messages corresponding with this Cris Cotton on our recorder to verify that in no way did we miss understand anything or that he in fact told us we were approved and to show up for the vehicle we were interested in only to have it sold right out from under us) More
