BRUTALLY DECEPTIVE I bought my Outlander in Nov 2013. I was looking for a used Explorer but they claimed they had already sold it. Made a deal on a 2013 used Outlander w I bought my Outlander in Nov 2013. I was looking for a used Explorer but they claimed they had already sold it. Made a deal on a 2013 used Outlander with V4. I wanted a V6 but the one I tried out seemed OK so I put a $500 down payment on it to hold till paperwork could be completed. I came back the next day and they sold it and roped me in to a different 2013 for more money. I just found out yesterday that my vehicle has 6 recalls pending but since Mitsubishi still has it registered to Enterprise Rentals I was never informed. I was also not informed it was a rental vehicle. I now live 3 hours from the nearest dealer and the dealer told me they'll need a minimum of 2 visits to get the recalls corrected and it has to be M-F , 8-5. Trevor in Red Deer was the worst lying SOB I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd burn my car to the ground and walk before I bought another car from these clowns. More

Better options out there. They are very tight to put anything in writing, the purchase price they gave me was written on a sheet of paper in marker, never received a breakdown They are very tight to put anything in writing, the purchase price they gave me was written on a sheet of paper in marker, never received a breakdown of what the warranty or paint pro package were costing me, had to subtract the difference from the total myself after adding it on. And the paint protection pack (pro pack) is just paying a couple thousand dollars to have them wash and vacuum your vehicle every 2 years. Just took it in for the first 2 year visit, and they didn't even do the undercoating they were supposed to. They claimed that they only do certain areas, but as an autobody apprentice I knew what to look for, don't think they are used to that. They did nothing. Haven't had to claim anything on warranty yet, hopefully it is better than the"pro pack" coverage. If you want a Mitsubishi I don't know what your other options are, but I wouldn't recommend going to them for a used vehicle (2 years old at the time of purchase) like I did. They also didn't tell me my truck used to be a rental until I was signing the papers and they needed me to sign off saying I was informed that it was. More

We got a great trade in amount for our minivan and we didn’t have an issues at all p We had a great experience with Luke and his team at Mitsubishi.
