Terrible all the way around! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I bought a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi RVR on June 11, 2017. The day my problems started is when I walked into the financing office. The financing manag I bought a brand new 2017 Mitsubishi RVR on June 11, 2017. The day my problems started is when I walked into the financing office. The financing manager treated me like garbage and treated me like a child and that I did not know anything. Made me get extended warranty (they already have good warranty) I did not want this but she made me get this and some protection package (what a rip) extended my payments by another year to make me think that my payments were less like common! Why would I pay an additional $2,000 for the warranty for 20,000 more KM. The finance manger even said to me “Did you see that Mustang sitting outside? I drive the better vehicle” something along those lines….Like I’m in the finance office for a Mitsubishi how is that a sales tactic?! Move forward a couple of weeks....I paid $100 for the hold of the vehicle as I drove it home the same day until the financing went through. I was also to get $3,000 cash back into my account within a week. I had 2 payments left on my vehicle I traded in and they were to take care of these payments but they continue to come out of my account?! I have yet to receive the $3,000 or $100 or a refund on the loan from the vehicle I traded in and its been almost a month now (what CRAP service). I contacted financing and the guy who sold me the vehicle to ask about this, never a call back or an email back. It feels like they sold me the vehicle then proceeded to leave me high and dry like all they wanted was for me to drive away with the vehicle with a BUNCH of unbroken promises. Fast forward to July 31, 2017. I was involved in an accident. The accident should have caused my airbags to go off in the 2017 Mitsubishi RVR. This was not the case, I had a lot of front end damage about $16,000 and no airbag went off at all. The auto body shop is doing some diagnostic testing as Mitsubishi has had issued with the airbags previously. Not to mention my seatbelt did NOT lock. You would want to feel some what safe in a BRAND NEW VEHICLE when involved in your first accident EVER. Nope.....I bounced off the steering wheel with chest damage and hit my head hard. This was not a safe vehicle to be involved in an accident. They will fix the damage and return the vehicle to me (with a report that I will be forwarding) I do not feel safe in the vehicle nor do I even care to have this piece of GARBAGE back into my possession. I will save whoever I can from ever purchasing a vehicle from this TERRIBLE dealership! I called to follow up on my issues with the accident to the General Manager and you know what he told me.....yeah....he told me he couldn't help me. Seriously I am unbelievable upset and frustrated and no one will get back to me or help me. What a terrible place. The people I dealt with should feel shame!! More

When I started looking I had gone to many different dealerships but my gut was telling me to go to Mitsubishi Reddeer! They also have fabulous warranty, for 10 years / 160 thousand km +10 years roadside assistance! AMAZING! More

They called her said after 10 months she be off loan and be in mine. Sent paper's to her, she signed, waited for mine they didn't come. Called them to find out I'm not on loan. If we were going to just use her name for loan I wouldn't have went there, it wouldn't be even close to what was picked out for bad credit loan, if in my name my penalty for bad credit no issue. So I call after weekend they said they we y would make it right. Go the get another sales guy who is really slick and when said and done I signed paper thinking it's gonna be ok. Went home next called to get all the info being sent to bank. No reply, no answers, no nothing. I went in and sat down with a manager, who avoided & avoided the numbers. After numerous attempts to get the he pulled the info up and wow. Paid 44995 for first truck, and the other avoided thing was trade in value, I was told will get u out of this get u into a good one we will take care of u call it even. So trade in on truck I had 3 days was 27777. So they made 16000 and change on first deal, then gonna m as me that plus whatever they got 2nd truck another 16000 and change. I was floored. I know don't sign if not understanding but the way they did it was so smooth. The tactics used are so cunning, misleading, misdirecting, and full of lies. I do not know how these guys are in business, they should be in jail. So after all of this I made it a goal to exhaust every resource to make them accountable, First today will try to get money back, I'm thinking good luck. Legal council has been retained, BBB cont as credit, AMVIC has already contacted me on my claim. Went a Rd kind Reddeer to dealers to find out how many encounters the have with customers from here like my story and in 3 hrs if research there were over 30 people. I have never felt like this ever it's been terrible. So anyone out there with similar encounter. We all need to stand up for each other and do whatever we can to get these guys to stop. If we don't it gets worse than it is now. You may think you have no options but you do. There are organizations out there that can guide you. Seek legal advice, pls just look into you options. My 2nd Mitsubishi I love my Mitsubishis. Great vehicles and warranty. The service and sales are good to deal with. I would buy another one. They are fun to drive and ha I love my Mitsubishis. Honest experience I came into Mitsubishi wanting a new outlander, as my last one just hit 10 years old. I came in and sat with Treyton. Very shortly after telling him I came into Mitsubishi wanting a new outlander, as my last one just hit 10 years old. I came in and sat with Treyton. Very shortly after telling him what I was after he had it up front and ready. I got a great deal too. I love my new outlander and my experience at red deer Mitsubishi. I highly recommend it. More

Fraud! Dishonest! Liars and disrespectful staff! DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!! purchased lifetime oil change but moved to a different province. This dealership refused to reimburse us. On top of everything I tried to cancel FCPP (protection plan) so I found papers but it wasn't ours but from previous owner (has private information) I requested our copy of policy and received a copy with totally random signature and completely different amount on in. So we found out that dealership overcharged us by $2500 by fraudulated signature and initials. SHAME SHAME SHAME! xxxxxxxx! BUNCH OF LIARS! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM! More

Complete service and more I have to say Matt was excellent at his job he had the answers i needed and was proffesional from start to finish.And the rest of the staff from sales I have to say Matt was excellent at his job he had the answers i needed and was proffesional from start to finish.And the rest of the staff from salesmen to finance were Great.
