First of all my friend referred us with the 500$ referral promise. He did not receive it and was given the run around. He ended up calling the manager and explaining and losing his xxxx and finally ended up getting it. Since we purchased it we have noticed it is complete xxxx. Stuff is wrong with it that would Never even be able to pass inspection before selling. Like the windshield wipers Were screwed. The washer fluid Sprayer was broken right off. (I guess we could have noticed that when we picked It up but we missed it) the A/C and heat doesn’t blow worth a crap. The secondary fan is gone on it. And the rear view mirror is hanging On by a thread. We have been harrassed by them since July Saying they can get us a new vehicle And a lower interest rate only Left with empty promises and higher payments for vehicles We do not want . First they offer me an outlander, 2 months later a Lancer , then a journey, then now a Jeep Compass. We have a Dart now. So 3 days ago my husband gets a call from them, saying they can cut down our interest rate and it will 100% be approved for a new Loan . They offer us a Jeep Compass that was literally Getting detailed at that Moment so was freshly Traded into them. They then call my husband and say he needs to put 1000$ down and he said well I’ll think about it and let you know. Then the “manager “ calls him and says no never mind we don’t need the 1000$ just 20$ to hold the vehicle. They then call him the next day and tell him he’s only Approved if he has a co-signer. I was my husbands co signer in the first place when we got this vehicle Last year. So husband says he will talk it Over with me and we will let them know. Last night I get a call from Trevor A sales rep. Saying that we were in fact approved and when can I have my car there to work out a new deal etc. Says that no we Don’t need a co-signer as I already am on our loan. Says he will send Me Pictures and get back to me last Night or today. So this morning my husband Gets a call from the finance lady asking if he was able to get a co-signer. He loses it And says no, and explains about my Conversation last night with Trevor and she has no idea what he’s talking about. So I end up calling them 5 minutes later and Trevor says ya they approved husband with a co-signer only. And I said that is not what you told me last night and that the finance lady has no idea you even spoke to me. He chokes on his words and says he needs to talk to Dan the sales manager and will call me Back. This was All this morning and I have not heard back yet. I am fuming mad. This place is horse xxxx and Everything they do and say is a scam. They also lied to us about several things about our loan as well. As soon as we can get out of This deal you bet we are never dealing with them again. We are trying to rebuild Our credit and better ourselves and this place is doing nothing but cause problems for us. So then I called them back and the sales guy had nothing to say to me and just didn’t understand what I was talking about when he was the one who called me last night. And he said well your husband has been dealing with Jordan the last couple days so I’ll Patch you through to him. So he did , I spoke to him and he I was not helpful what so ever. And said Well your husband said He’s getting A Co-signer and I said no he is Not. I am the co-signer on this loan right now. He proceeds to say oh well I don’t know anything about that . That is something you must have discussed with someone when you first bought the car. And I said so your telling me that our policy through you guys don’t even exist then? And he said I’m so sorry let me just figure everything out and call you back. Called me back in ten minutes. Said ya I just saw your review on google and we aren’t going to speak to you or deal with you anymore. There was no miscommunication and you have an attitude problem. To which I came unglued and screamed at him and then he hung up on me.... More

BRUTALLY DECEPTIVE I bought my Outlander in Nov 2013. I was looking for a used Explorer but they claimed they had already sold it. Made a deal on a 2013 used Outlander w I bought my Outlander in Nov 2013. I was looking for a used Explorer but they claimed they had already sold it. Made a deal on a 2013 used Outlander with V4. I wanted a V6 but the one I tried out seemed OK so I put a $500 down payment on it to hold till paperwork could be completed. I came back the next day and they sold it and roped me in to a different 2013 for more money. I just found out yesterday that my vehicle has 6 recalls pending but since Mitsubishi still has it registered to Enterprise Rentals I was never informed. I was also not informed it was a rental vehicle. I now live 3 hours from the nearest dealer and the dealer told me they'll need a minimum of 2 visits to get the recalls corrected and it has to be M-F , 8-5. Trevor in Red Deer was the worst lying SOB I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd burn my car to the ground and walk before I bought another car from these clowns. More

Better options out there. They are very tight to put anything in writing, the purchase price they gave me was written on a sheet of paper in marker, never received a breakdown They are very tight to put anything in writing, the purchase price they gave me was written on a sheet of paper in marker, never received a breakdown of what the warranty or paint pro package were costing me, had to subtract the difference from the total myself after adding it on. And the paint protection pack (pro pack) is just paying a couple thousand dollars to have them wash and vacuum your vehicle every 2 years. Just took it in for the first 2 year visit, and they didn't even do the undercoating they were supposed to. They claimed that they only do certain areas, but as an autobody apprentice I knew what to look for, don't think they are used to that. They did nothing. Haven't had to claim anything on warranty yet, hopefully it is better than the"pro pack" coverage. If you want a Mitsubishi I don't know what your other options are, but I wouldn't recommend going to them for a used vehicle (2 years old at the time of purchase) like I did. They also didn't tell me my truck used to be a rental until I was signing the papers and they needed me to sign off saying I was informed that it was. More
