They seem not to get things done right the first time. Mitsubishi is not very good when it comes to getting things done right the first time. It seems when you first walk in their doors they try to make their services look good and try to make you feel important, but once they get you into your new vehicle it's almost like you don't matter to them anymore. They give you the run around and make you wait awhile for little services that should be easily looked after. They are very pushy when you are trying to look at your options and aren't very good at trying to give you a deal because it would "cut into their profit" or " that they won't make anything on the deal, that the price they gave you is already not making them much on the deal." They seem to care more about making a little extra cash in their pockets then making a costumer happy and make the costumer want to give the dealership good a reference that would give them more costumers and make them more money in the long run. The finance department mislead me a lot and because they were dragging their feet on their payouts my one payment went delinquent. At first I thought maybe this was a one off and rare but after talking to several friends and co-workers it sounds like this is fairly standard from them. For a dealership that prides themselves on being very customer friendly and efficient they were anything but. I would suggest they improve their after sales service and worry about people after they've sold them the vehicle as well. I will say Patrick and Eric treated me deficiently when it comes to trying to fix the situation but several others were quite disappointing. More
