As long as you don't want to know when your car will be ready or want customer service, Prestons may be fine. Took 4 phone calls over several hours before getting someone to return a call to say the servic ready or want customer service, Prestons may be fine. It wasn't and when questioned was told that I should speak to the service advisor. That was the person I tried contacting the previous afternoon and have yet to hear from him. If they were trying to secure my future business, they failed miserably. More
