Love the great service I receive. Friendly intake staff who help me think through what I require. Always wash and vacuum the car upon completion of service. Ordered a part from my car and it sat in the shop without us knowing it had arrived until we actually had to call and find out. Dropped the car off on a Monday and got a call Wednesday saying they would nee us knowing it had arrived until we actually had to call and find out. Dropped the car off on a Monday and got a call Wednesday saying they would need the car for longer then didn't get a call back till the following week saying that it was dropped off at a different shop. We saw the car sitting at that shop for 2 days and then decided to call them and they knew nothing about the vehicle. We were promised to call back and weren't given one so we called back again and were told that the GM Preston had picked the car up again. In the end we don't know who did the work. Completely terrible lack of communication between the customer/repair shop and just lots of excuses 🙄. The only good thing we can say is that the car drives really well now. More
