Excellent service. Had difficulties with my car. Service center was fully booked for the day, but they still managed to rectify my problems. I booked an appointment a month in advance for a specialist to see my vehicle. I had not heard anything to confirm my appointment, so I called the day before and everything's all good. My appointment was in connection with a factory recall issue. Any delay with obtaining the part was due to GM. Preston staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with.
