I booked an appointment a month in advance for a specialist to see my vehicle. I had not heard anything to confirm my appointment, so I called the day before and everything's all good. My appointment was in connection with a factory recall issue. Any delay with obtaining the part was due to GM. Preston staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with. As long as you don't want to know when your car will be ready or want customer service, Prestons may be fine. Took 4 phone calls over several hours before getting someone to return a call to say the servic ready or want customer service, Prestons may be fine. Took 4 phone calls over several hours before getting someone to return a call to say the service was complete. The original work order also stated that the car would be washed. It wasn't and when questioned was told that I should speak to the service advisor. That was the person I tried contacting the previous afternoon and have yet to hear from him. If they were trying to secure my future business, they failed miserably. More
