Wash and vacuum my xxx! When I took a look on the inside of my truck on the armrest was probably about a 3 to 4 inch spread of oil from whoever got in my truck and drove it. I guess that’s what you get for complementary? good thing I already didn’t have high standards for this place. More

Vehicle was brought in for service. No problems with the people in the shops applying their trade. It was all the people up front that you face at the counters. People say they will do particulair tasks to support the service but never do or get things all backwards. This happens not just once but several times. I think they have lost touch with real customer service. Slowing down and listening and actually doing what you say could go a long ways for return customers. I will most likey never go back for service @ $160.oo per/hour. I spent thousands of dollars at once for this service. There are some smaller shops around Langley that understand the customer service and are top notch. More
