Vehicle was brought in for service. No problems with the people in the shops applying their trade. It was all the people up front that you face at the counters. I think they have lost touch with real customer service. Slowing down and listening and actually doing what you say could go a long ways for return customers. I will most likey never go back for service @ $160.oo per/hour. I spent thousands of dollars at once for this service. There are some smaller shops around Langley that understand the customer service and are top notch. More
