My entire new vehicle purchase has been a stress-free experience, and really, you cannot ask for better than that. When it came to 'doing the deal', Manny in the business office was great. We went through all the paperwork, the extended warranty and the extras I had purchased easily and quickly...........again, a stress-free enviornment. I have had to stop by the service dept a few times. In all cases I was well received and processed with due dispatch. I use my vehicle to work, I work in industrial sales and marketing, so having a vehicle is a necessity for me. The service folks at Preston were there, and got me rolling FAST.I am a firm believer that the Sales Dept sell the 1st vehicle, but it is the service dept that sell all the subsequent ones. The original purchase I made was a used vehicle with the warranty because it was considered clean when it was returned at the end of the lease.
