Hello Joanne. I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Cruze, but we are unfortunately bound by the terms of Chevrolet's warranty policy. Chevrolet's factory warranty and extended warranty options both provide great coverage, but any issue has to arise from a manufacturer's defect. The dealership is paid by Chevrolet to cover warranty issues, so we are certainly not incentivized to turn down a customer's concern! Also, we are typically able to determine whether or not it is a factory defect when diagnosed by a technician, so you shouldn't have to physically prove it yourself. I spoke to our Service Manager, Doug Glen, and he would be happy to speak to you directly and hopefully clear up any concerns. He can be reached at 604-534-4154.

Hello Chris. My name is Leigh Heppner and I am the General Sales Manager at Preston. We are proud of our policy of full disclosure on all of our vehicles, including our Certified Pre-Owned. Not only is a full CarProof report available, but a detailed printout of warranty history (if a GM vehicle) and the full inspection report from our service department is as well. Our goal is to make sure customers are completely informed of their purchase, which is why we give a binder with a copy of all these documents to any customer when they purchase. As for the vehicle 'going from available to sold' - sometimes a vehicle will still show on our website while a sale is pending. If our salesperson goes to find the history to send to a customer, that is usually when they find out about a pending sale. There is no incentive for us to have a customer interested in a sold vehicle only to be disappointed when they get here. I assure you that there was no harm intended.
