Review for Body Shop***PLEASE READ*** This review is for the Body Shop only and not the main dealership. I purchased my new 2014 Black Cadillac SRX in February and to be fair I have to say This review is for the Body Shop only and not the main dealership. I purchased my new 2014 Black Cadillac SRX in February and to be fair I have to say I received amazing service. The problem came after my new car was hit in a parking lot receiving minimal damage to the rear driver's side panel. I took it back to Preston because of the wonderful service I received during the purchase of my vehicle even though I live in another community making it very inconvenient for me. After meeting with the estimator and going through the damage I was given a date to bring my car in. I took it in and was told it would be approximately 3 days. When I phoned 3 days later I was told I would be called when my car was ready, but never was. I finally after countless phone calls was able to pick my car up 1 week after I had taken it in. I was to pay a deductible of three hundred dollars, but ended up paying seven hundred and was told I had to deal with the insurance company to get the difference back, which of course was all wrong information. I paid the additional and went to find my car in the parking lot because they didn't even have the decency to bring it around. When I found my car and inspected it I couldn't believe it THERE WAS NOW DAMAGE ON MY CAR THAT WASN'T THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I spoke to original estimator and he conceded with one area of damage but not the scratch that was now on my driver door. They fixed the one area but I am still left with a visible scratch on my driver's door that was not there before. Since then I have found out my experience is not the only one. Apparently this has happened before. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO HAVE ANY BODY WORK DONE AND IF YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF TO GET FIXED AND AGAIN WHEN YOU PICK IT UP SO THEY CAN NOT DO WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND CLAIM THAT THEY DID NOT DO THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. I feel a responsibility to warn the public about the Preston GM Body Shop, but want to make clear that my experience with the main dealership purchasing my car was excellent. More
Terrible customer service. With bought my Silverado in 2009. I have had problems with the front drivers brake since 6 months after I purchased it. I have brought it in multiple times over the years to get resolved and even got GM Canada involved. Preston's is so full of lies and have terrible customer relations. They don't stand behind their product and deserve no sales. I would never purchase here again. More
Top notch From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met Carrie I felt like I was her number one priority, she listened in detail to what I was looking for From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met Carrie I felt like I was her number one priority, she listened in detail to what I was looking for and very quickly set about to find the vehicle she thought best met my expectations, she worked very hard, with care not to take me to trucks that were not what I was needing or that were not ready to be looked at. Carrie was friendly at all times and appeared to go well beyond what i have experienced before in vehicle salespeople. She was frankly the best I have ever had by far. After I picked up my truck Carrie explained in detail items I needed orientation with and sought out answers to technical questions and followed up to ensure that the solutions worked. The best. More

My wife and I were extremely impressed by the friendly, helpful and professional manner in which we were treated throughout the whole purchase experience of our new Cadillac. We were so impressed with all the people that we interacted with at Preston that the following evening, while dining with our friends, we told them about our positive experience. They didn't find out what is wrong with my car but they charge me for many hours of "work" and they offer me a " courtesy car" and I have to pay in full for that (they use a rent a car charge me for many hours of "work" and they offer me a " courtesy car" and I have to pay in full for that (they use a rent a car company to trick you they just refuse to pay that company and the company have to address to you to recover the money for the service). Do not go to Preston GM they are crooks and liars ! More
