We were planning to buy a new vehicle and because of our excellent experience in the past with Preston, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership in Langley, B. C. and specifically Mr. Jack Gofers (Sales R excellent experience in the past with Preston, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership in Langley, B. C. and specifically Mr. Jack Gofers (Sales Representative) we had a look at the 2012 Equinox. Jack met us at our appointed time and showed us the inventory in a knowledgeable and professional way and we decided to buy our new 2012 Equinox right out of the showroom. The Dealership offered us their promotional "Spin N Win" and when Jack noticed that we had Veteran Plates, he offered us a further dicount for Veterans. The trade-in valu of our other vehicle was realistic and the price of the new vehicle was great. This was our third vehicle purchased at Preston through Jack Gofers, because we feel that Jack is polite, honest,knowlegeable and fair to deal with and the staff are the same which made the whole buying process hassel free. Cathy Greschner, the Business Manager, explained everything to us and we purchased an extended warranty through her. Emily, who handled the I.C.B.C. insurance, was also very knowledgeable and was able to issue us interim plates while the new Veteran Plates were delivered to her Abbotsford office. We also purchased Mud Flaps and Wind Deflectors and we had them installed at Preston's body shop in a very professionally and timely matter. We have been very impressed with Preston Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership in Langley, B. C. and we haven't hesititated to reccommend them to our family and friends. We look forward to continuing to deal with them in the future. More
Every experience I have had with Preston has been a good one. It all started when I wne to look at vehicles and met Brad. The dealership overall have been most helpful and respectful of both my wife and myself. This is how you retain customers and get customers to recommend you. My entire new vehicle purchase has been a stress-free experience, and really, you cannot ask for better than that. When it came to 'doing the deal', Manny in the business office was great. We went through all the paperwork, the extended warranty and the extras I had purchased easily and quickly...........again, a stress-free enviornment. I have had to stop by the service dept a few times. In all cases I was well received and processed with due dispatch. I use my vehicle to work, I work in industrial sales and marketing, so having a vehicle is a necessity for me. The service folks at Preston were there, and got me rolling FAST.I am a firm believer that the Sales Dept sell the 1st vehicle, but it is the service dept that sell all the subsequent ones. In closing, this is my 1st vehicle from Preston, but I don't expect it to be my last. More

The last time we dealt with the service department, I believe we had a new employee helping us out as he was not familiar with the process for the gift card. This took longer than expected. I was not pressured into making any decisions about purchasing a new truck. I was shown a variety of new trucks with various options. I thought the prices of the trucks were very reasonable. I have now purchasing a new truck. I was shown a variety of new trucks with various options. I thought the prices of the trucks were very reasonable. I have now 7,000 km on my new truck and I am very impressed with the performance and the options that I have in my vehicle. More

I bought my new truck here after a full year of looking around at all brands. Once setting foot in Preston and meeting the staff they made my decision to buy GMC an easy one. The original purchase I made was a used vehicle with the warranty because it was considered clean when it was returned at the end of the lease. I had an issue with the brakes, and when I took it back, they warranty because it was considered clean when it was returned at the end of the lease. I appreciated the help, the staff was very accommodating, and overall I walked away with a positive feeling about the dealership. More
