Brandon Boucher was the salesperson and his professional, respectful, friendly manner played a huge part in my decision to make a purchase that day, as originally I really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. At the time I was a proud owner of a beautiful 2010 Camaro SS/RS, which was also purchased at Preston. Overall, my experience with the dealership on this most recent purchase was even better than the first. I would say that I feel Brandon has a very bright future in the sales field! Also would like to mention Manny Dhudwal who handled all the financing and particulars to complete the transaction. He was also very professional and friendly. Everyone whom I had contact with that day made me feel as though they truly valued my business. I must also mention that I have always taken my vehicles to Preston for servicing, and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy there as well. I have noticed lately that there has been an even greater effort made to customer satisfaction. They are really paying attention to detail! Thank you Preston! Please keep up the great work. They didn't seem to want to do business with me. I filled out an online application and it took four days for ME to track someone down to find out what was going on. When I did track someone down they sounded like they couldn't be bothered and it didn't go anywhere. Overall it was a ding on my credit that didn't even go anywhere, wasn't happy at all. Needless to say no car waiting they tried to give me some tin can courtesy car I was not impressed... So they told me to take my car and leave no service was performed... More

Review for Body Shop***PLEASE READ*** This review is for the Body Shop only and not the main dealership. I purchased my new 2014 Black Cadillac SRX in February and to be fair I have to say This review is for the Body Shop only and not the main dealership. I purchased my new 2014 Black Cadillac SRX in February and to be fair I have to say I received amazing service. The problem came after my new car was hit in a parking lot receiving minimal damage to the rear driver's side panel. I took it back to Preston because of the wonderful service I received during the purchase of my vehicle even though I live in another community making it very inconvenient for me. After meeting with the estimator and going through the damage I was given a date to bring my car in. I took it in and was told it would be approximately 3 days. When I phoned 3 days later I was told I would be called when my car was ready, but never was. I finally after countless phone calls was able to pick my car up 1 week after I had taken it in. I was to pay a deductible of three hundred dollars, but ended up paying seven hundred and was told I had to deal with the insurance company to get the difference back, which of course was all wrong information. I paid the additional and went to find my car in the parking lot because they didn't even have the decency to bring it around. When I found my car and inspected it I couldn't believe it THERE WAS NOW DAMAGE ON MY CAR THAT WASN'T THERE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I spoke to original estimator and he conceded with one area of damage but not the scratch that was now on my driver door. They fixed the one area but I am still left with a visible scratch on my driver's door that was not there before. Since then I have found out my experience is not the only one. Apparently this has happened before. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO HAVE ANY BODY WORK DONE AND IF YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF TO GET FIXED AND AGAIN WHEN YOU PICK IT UP SO THEY CAN NOT DO WHAT THEY DID TO ME AND CLAIM THAT THEY DID NOT DO THE ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. I feel a responsibility to warn the public about the Preston GM Body Shop, but want to make clear that my experience with the main dealership purchasing my car was excellent. More
