Bought a 1 year old used Kia Sedona van. It was a leased vehicle that was traded back in. I bought it for basically no deal. After 6 months the rear passenger sliding door started acting up. The track rollers were degrading and the door was loose and rocking in its socket while driving. This was wearing out the latches. I repeated took it in and the techs there kept saying it was fine. You could see metal dust from the latches at this point. For service to take me seriously I had to call KIA Canada head office and file a report with them, and have the head office contact them. So I get back into to shop and this time a tech drives with me. He pretends not to hear the noise which you can hear everytime I hit the littlest bump or accelerate. At this point the door actually slides back and forth while latched and closed. It literally rocks forward and back and I brake and accelerate. So I park and grab the closed door with my hands and rock it back. Now the door shifts forward and back 1/8 of a inch just moving it by hand. I took a piece of paper and made marks of how much it moved. FINALLY they agree to do the repair. So first appt gets canceled. They needed a sliding door specialist who tours the Kia dealerships, and he wasn't available (what a load of BS). Then on my second application he called in sick and wasn't available. On my third appointment (3 weeks later) I was told that a guy in the shop felt confident about doing it so the repair was on. Since I was in for 3-4hours for the repair, I thought I would get my oil changed. They said no problem. When the tech came to grab the work order she told him about the oil change too. The tech got mad. (BIG man. Huge. Got really mad and loud, gave her a dirty look and me as well. I waited until my repair was done. When I got my van back, I opened the door and the first thing that hits me is some one had farted in my van. Like it literally smelled like a outhouse. The tech had left me a "cupped fart" except it was my entire van. There were hand prints in grease on my white seats, front and back. As well as the white plastic interior of Van. Also there were pry marks from them pulling apart the door panel from the door. Like some one took a screw driver and just jammed it in there. I didn't mention the fart, but I did have them go back and clean the grease. The lady who runs the service desk looked all put out. Like it literally had half hand grease prints. It had more fingerprints than a FBI crime lab... I will never buy another vehicle from them, and if at got a flat in their parking lot, and I would call a tow truck and have it towed to West Edmonton Kia instead of letting these incompetents touch a vehicle of mine. Jody went for the drive with me, but the farty guy is not on the employee directory. The service desk lady is also not on the list. More

I have a bad experience with Kia North Edmonton with Sale and Finance Manager, because i trust them whatever they agreed with me. They committed verbally and give words but after purchasing vehicle they disa and Finance Manager, because i trust them whatever they agreed with me. They committed verbally and give words but after purchasing vehicle they disagree whatever you dealt with sale manager. They always telling lie which i hate it. Please don't sign any without make sure all numbers and don't trust whatever they said during selling car. More
Definitely recommend going here especially if you don’t like pushy sales people. David Edmondson And Shad Yaremchuk both made the process easy and stress free. Getting into a car to test drive it was also very easy and being able to walk around freely looking at cars is a perk here as-well (compared to other dealerships) overall great experience and they also threw in free oil changes for 3 years....wow just amazing. I had my vehicle towed to this dealer for a diagnosis and estimate. It turned out to be the starter (which I already suspected). I paid the $200 for the diagnosis ($160, plus GST and "shop supplies"--give me a break, shop supplies for diagnosing a faulty starter). I took it to another well-known auto repair facility. They had me back on the road for $385, including GST. This is why I almost never go to dealers. (Only reason rating was a 2 is they got me in quickly)... More

Absolutely the worst dealership in Edmonton. Had had our xxxx car for well over a month to fix it. No calls no emails just terrible service. Took them maybe 1 week to fix a 3 hour job. He has gone out of his way to make the experience a pleasant one: (a) he listened carefully to our needs; (b) he had a relaxed, no-pressures attitude; (c) he was direct and straight-forward with his answers to our questions; (d) he facilitated the process of negotiating a price acceptable to both ourselves and the dealership; (e) he and his manager (Mr. Stan Mounzer) closed the deal promptly and fairly; (f) he made sure to answer additional after-sales questions with no loss of time. We are now very satisfied customers and we highly recommend Mr. Rolf-Barker (five stars) and North Edmonton KIA. More

If you, as a customer, have any issue at all this dealership will completely ignore you. This can be seen in the google reviews. They are happy to respond to any glowing reviews, but you can see they don't address any negative issues. Watch for all the fees they tack on at the last minute of the negotiation. I emailed this dealer after purchasing a vehicle to ask why I was charged more than 5% GST. I would have assumed this would be a fair question that deserved a response. However to this point the GM, Cory Dieno and the Sales Manager, Stan Mounzer do not feel that this warrants any response. More
