Never having owned a KIA, I was not quite sure what to expect. Test driving the Sorento SX V6 was amazing! The quality of the car is superior - the drive was sturdy and powerful. And the features far exceeded my expectations - heated steering wheel, heated backseat, panorama roof top, key less entry (the list goes on...) All the staff that we dealt with in the sales department, as well as the service were incredible - extremely helpful, nice and knowledge about their cars. They are a great team. We will not be going anywhere else for maintenance for our new stylish Sorento! More

Amazing experience I went into this dealership within a couple days of their opening and had no real intentions to purchase a new vehicle. A friendly sales associate by I went into this dealership within a couple days of their opening and had no real intentions to purchase a new vehicle. A friendly sales associate by the name of Nicholas Leonard came to greet my fiancé and I with a very warm and friendly yet professional approach. There was a vehicle on hold for someone who called in to test drive it but apparently never came. I then had the opportunity to test drive this Vehicle. I was very happy with the performance and handling of the car and enjoyed the fact it has 274 horsepower.... After much consideration, even only having my 2013 Rio for only a year I decided to trade her in for the amazing 2014 Optima Turbo SX and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. When the time comes for oil changes and all the other services that come with owning a car, North Edmonton Kia will be the ONLY place I will go! On a side note I also was the lucky winner of their $5000 draw. :) I want to thank every one at North Edmonton Kia for the wonderful experience. Great Dealership! I recently purchased a Kia Soul from the newly opened North Edmonton Kia Dealership. I was very satisfied with my experience during my purchase but h I recently purchased a Kia Soul from the newly opened North Edmonton Kia Dealership. I picked up a random nail that caused irreparable tire damage, Saturday of the long weekend....service department closed.
