Am I a V.I.P.? I had the pleasure of having my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at this dealership. I arrived unannounced one day, and was greeted as if I was a long time c I had the pleasure of having my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at this dealership. I arrived unannounced one day, and was greeted as if I was a long time customer. Dan was quick to book me in at my earliest convenience. I arrived early for my appointment, as is my habit. What was stranger than the norm of other dealerships, was that I was also helped early. I was expecting to have to not only wait until my exact appointment time, but maybe a bit after. This was not the case, as the service doors opened up for me a good ten minutes before they were officially open. Dan was more than happy to help me and get me on my way. He was very professional, and updated me with my service needs as they arised. Exceptional, wonderful, awesome and amazing! I went into North Edmonton Kia just to take a look at the actual vehicles and pick up a brochure. I was greeted by Frenchie (Denis) and right from there until I picked up my new Sportage the following week the experience was just wonderful. Sales, Finance, Management and Service were all friendly and professional, incredibly helpful and just added to my overall excitement of purchasing my very first brand new to me vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the entire dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The knowledge and information that the group has is amazing, from financing tips to get the best deal you can for yourself to remembering to setup your Bluetooth in your new vehicle with you and actually calling your cell so you can hear it ring before your drive away (this sounds minor, but the first time the Bluetooth rang in my last vehicle, I just about drove off the road it scared me so much due to the volume and tone). Massi stepped in to complete delivery as Frenchie was off ill and even though it wasn't his sale and (I would guess) he won't see any benefit from the deal, he treated me like I was his most important customer ever, walked me through all the features and "fun stuff" on my Sportage and was a perfect example of the friendliness and attitude of every single person I have had the pleasure of seeing at NEK. Thank you so much to all of the staff for such an amazing experience, I truly cannot sing your praises enough! More
