Special thanks to Joey and his above and beyond care with bringing my car to me and his great shuttle service. Smiling faces, pleasant demeanors, intelligence abound, patience and attention to the details I provided for my car issues...not only did they fix my car, they put my mind at ease! I walked away from vehicle maintenance feeling happy?? What?? Dan took the time to listen to me and then explain thoroughly what was wrong and they only did what was necessary. He was such a breath of fresh air for service tech. Knowledgable, kind, friendly, patient and sharp. Only charged me half an hour for labour?? For 3 issues?? What again?? I never knew that was possible. Honda Calgary charged me an hour just for a tire wobble...and didn't even balance it, even though they charged me for that too. Dan also provided a $36 oil change! I have never in about 15 years, been so happy to take my car in for service. Happy to recommend! Highly recommend!! More

Am I a V.I.P.? I had the pleasure of having my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at this dealership. I arrived unannounced one day, and was greeted as if I was a long time c I had the pleasure of having my 2012 Kia Optima serviced at this dealership. I arrived unannounced one day, and was greeted as if I was a long time customer. Dan was quick to book me in at my earliest convenience. I arrived early for my appointment, as is my habit. What was stranger than the norm of other dealerships, was that I was also helped early. I was expecting to have to not only wait until my exact appointment time, but maybe a bit after. This was not the case, as the service doors opened up for me a good ten minutes before they were officially open. Dan was more than happy to help me and get me on my way. He was very professional, and updated me with my service needs as they arised.
