Max the salesman was great! The reason for 1 star is make sure you read the fine print!!!! I had asked for 3M on front of car which they charged me $995! I gave car to my oldest the day of delivery and thoug sure you read the fine print!!!! I had asked for 3M on front of car which they charged me $995! I gave car to my oldest the day of delivery and thought all was good until 3 weeks later when I was washing car for my daughter and noticed a small rock chip on bumper and to my surprise there was no 3m! All they had done was small strip across hood and 2 small pieces on fenders and mirrors! I called about my concern and was told they would get back to me which never did! Now 3 calls later made by me I’m still waiting on call back! Sounds like nothing is going to get done and next step is better business bureau! Was going to get my youngest the same car next month but will not be buying from North Edmonton Kia! Very disappointed with finance and management team for not not clarifying, rectifying and just saying sign here, here and here just to get me out quickly! Lesson learned don’t take for granted what you asked for and read FINE PRINT!! More

If I could, I would give them a negative stars review. As the previous reviewer has said, I have also been getting constant calls from them despite asking and eventually being told to have my name and number the previous reviewer has said, I have also been getting constant calls from them despite asking and eventually being told to have my name and number removed from their list. I always only get a bunch of excuses, the main ones being that the person calling got their list from another employee, and the other being that the person calling was new at the dealership and unaware. Not sure how either of these make sense as if I am reassured in previous phone calls that my name was removed, there shouldn't be further phone calls at all. I shouldn't be on any list and no one should have access to my contact information if it was indeed, taken off the call list. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only person having an issue and this will hopefully (but likely not, given my history with them), be rectified and no longer an issue. Get it together KIA. More
This dealership has harassed me over the course of 4 years with constant phone calls about promos and trade in's. I've explained over and over that I am not interested, I no longer own my KIA and I need years with constant phone calls about promos and trade in's. I've explained over and over that I am not interested, I no longer own my KIA and I need to be taken off their call list. This dealership has absolutely horrible systems/values and no one has kept their word to me each and every time I call in to get my name taken off the call list. I am now recording names and dates of all phone calls in the hopes that this will one day end. I was called today by a Brandon, who told me he received a call list from someone named Adam McGregor, and based on this site both these guys don't seem to exist here??? The manager was apparently in a meeting with the president so he was unable to speak, and I got no guarantee that he would be able to call me back. I called in once again and was transferred to their controller Vicky, who I left a voicemail with. Will be calling in until I reach someone who can explain to me why this continues to happen. This dealership is full of unethical liars, stay away! More
When I first got there it took her about 5 mins to even look up and see me standing there waiting. It was an 2 hour oil change. When I asked what was taking so long she said I don’t know never even went look up and see me standing there waiting. It was an 2 hour oil change. When they were finished the oil change they told me 2 air filters needed be changed but never came to ask me if I wanted them changed so now I have to go somewhere else to get them changed. And never reset my oil change and service sensors ( good thing for YouTube ). More
I feel fortunate to have had Michael as our sales representative. He was very friendly, and very transparent about the whole process. He understood our concerns and provided us honest advice.
