Amazing from start to finish After my previous experience with other Kia dealerships in Edmonton I had no plans to buy another new Kia. Not because of the product but because of the sales team. I'm so glad I gave North Edmonton Kia a chance. My sales representative, Tim Moes was amazing. New to the business, he new his facts, which is what I got and nothing else. No pressure. Just here is the product, let's go for a drive and enjoy. Tim answered all my questions and then let the product speak for it self. From that point on the team was amazing. The team worked with me without any pressure or your typical car dealership games. Superior Customer Service I just purchased my Kia Soul last year and so far I love it. The service department at Kia North are phenomenal! The first oil change had me wowed bec I just purchased my Kia Soul last year and so far I love it. The service department at Kia North are phenomenal! The first oil change had me wowed because they were fast, filled my tank and washed my car before giving it back to me. Oh and they gave me a coffee travel mug. My last oil change was super fast and they cleaned my car again before handing it back to me! When you arrive at the service department they go over your vehicle and check out the lights to see if they are working, check fluid levels, etc. They take care and time to look after the details and are just a great group of people to deal with. If you own a Kia in Edmonton or surrounding area then I highly recommend you take it here for your service needs! Beverly More

Pleasant and Helpful!! Logan MacDonald, the salesman I dealt with was awesome. I had been to other brand vehicle dealers and they were very pushy and ignored what I told th Logan MacDonald, the salesman I dealt with was awesome. I had been to other brand vehicle dealers and they were very pushy and ignored what I told them I wanted. I told Logan what I needed and what price range I wanted to stay in. He showed me a Rondo which was exactly what I was looking for. He then proceeded to check inventory and gave me options for one just below my price range and one slightly above. He took the time to explain what options each vehicle had and explained everything thoroughly. He patiently answered all my questions. No pressure to decide at that time, he gave me booklets with all the info for both vehicles so I could go home and take my time making a decision. When I made my decision I contacted Logan and he arranged everything for the purchase. J'amine Pinette in finance helped me with the paperwork and explained the options for extended warranty. Again no pressure. She gave me the information to take home and think over before making the decision. They are all such knowledgeable pleasant professional people and make the whole experience stress less. Kudos to North Edmonton Kia. More
