Turned a bad day into a new van I was very satisfied with the services through North Kia. The visit started off on a bad note, bringing a dead 2 year old vehicle in is never a good s I was very satisfied with the services through North Kia. The visit started off on a bad note, bringing a dead 2 year old vehicle in is never a good start but they helped us through everything and was able to put us into a 2016 Sedona with more features than our dead one for the same monthly payments. We arrived literally at closing time but the boys and manager listened to our complaints and took the keys so that it could be looked at in the morning. They phoned the next day and had us come in the look at vehicles they had set aside. Chance was extremely helpful and within a few days we were driving away in our new 2016 Sedona. Thank you Chance and staff for all you did to get things moving quickly and efficiently. More

He told me no problem - if/when I did decide, they would give me a good price for my Kia and a great deal on the choice of solid vehicles (both new + used) to choose from. Several days later, I decided to start looking around at late model Kias and test drove a few different models. Had some preliminary discussions with Scott Hourie who answered all my questions and asked me what North Edmonton Kia could do to earn my business. Further research brought me to Internet Sales Mgr Kevin Wolchansky who made the shopping experience pressure-free and was a pleasure to deal with in the search, negotiation and final purchase of my pre-owned '17 Sorento.
