Again a pleasant encounter. We walked out 2 hours later and were very happy with our new car. Excellent buying experience We previously owned a Ford Explorer, and although we loved it, as a family that travels we quickly ran out of room. On a recent holiday we quickly realized that the Explorer wasn't cutting it. So on our way back we stopped at the North Edmonton Kia and was approached by Marc, who quickly gave us the impression that he wasn't your typical car salesman. To make a long story short, after talking to Marc for awhile and getting a feel for what we wanted, we fell in love with the 2017 Sedona, and in 2 weeks after first stopping at the dealership we drove away in our new Sedona and have been in love with it ever since. This dealership was easily the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle, and the first time we didn't have buyer's guilt. The van is great, the service was fantastic and Marc is the best sales person we've ever dealt with hands down. More

Turned a bad day into a new van I was very satisfied with the services through North Kia. The visit started off on a bad note, bringing a dead 2 year old vehicle in is never a good s I was very satisfied with the services through North Kia. The visit started off on a bad note, bringing a dead 2 year old vehicle in is never a good start but they helped us through everything and was able to put us into a 2016 Sedona with more features than our dead one for the same monthly payments. We arrived literally at closing time but the boys and manager listened to our complaints and took the keys so that it could be looked at in the morning. They phoned the next day and had us come in the look at vehicles they had set aside. Chance was extremely helpful and within a few days we were driving away in our new 2016 Sedona. Thank you Chance and staff for all you did to get things moving quickly and efficiently. More
