He didn't try to up-sell us, but instead worked with us to find the car that suited our needs and our budget. The process was simple, and straightforward, and Logan was very good at explaining what was happening at any time. When we picked up the car, he remained attentive to our needs, as opposed to simply going through the steps to get us in the car and off the lot. John was also excellent to deal with. He explained everything throughout the process, and was very thorough. We actually understood everything he was doing, and overall enjoyed the finance experience (which if I'm honest, is usually painful). I really felt like he was there for us, and was not simply pushing a product on us. More
