Gong show all around I had received a text, email and finally a phone call about a sales event and was asked if I still enjoyed my 2017 Sedona. When I said that I still h I had received a text, email and finally a phone call about a sales event and was asked if I still enjoyed my 2017 Sedona. When I said that I still had to get a door fixed since it wasn't properly looked at the first time I brought it in, the sales associate booked me in for a servicing to look at my door, and booked me a loaner vehicle, apparently. After I drove the hour and a half into the city it turns out I did not have a servicing booked, and their was no loaner car for me. After waiting 30-45 minutes to find me a loaner vehicle I was finally given one. Once I left the lot I realized the car was on empty and I had to put gas into it. Even though eventually my van was looked at, this was the 4th consecutive time that my visit was a total gong show. Good thing there are other dealerships in the city to get warrantee work done, In Response to the dealerships questions: The Sales associate was Abdul Al-Alosi. This is the email I received on May 9: "Hi Denis, Abe from North Edmonton Kia and I wanted to personally invite you to our HUGE Sale going on this weekend, if you have any questions or concerns please call me at (***-****) have a lovely day. Excellent service and a fair price Not your typical car dealership, they treat you like a real person and not a walking bag of money for the taking. From beginning to end Brittany made the entire experience enjoyable.
