Customer service M. VERN LIND gave me a bad attitude over the phone today and even hang up on me while i was just calmly trying to explain a situation. Then when i picked-up my vehicle, M.VERN LIND raised his voice, became aggressive and almost pushed me and he discredited me asking if i knew how to read while i was asking his name regarding again his immediate bad behavior towards me. If you have a service appointment ask for another person because this individual can be aggressive and cause a situation to degraded. This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be working in a environment involving clients. I left Norlan stress-out. Not pleasant at all. More

It seems that the need to pay for the new building is to have technicians that work via “piecemeal” pad their time on anything they can’t figure out. It is beyond me how a quote for repairs can be $3400 and have technicians that work via “piecemeal” pad their time on anything they can’t figure out. I purchased a 2019 ram 1500 classic roughly 8 months ago. When i bought the truck i was very specific about what i needed! Now this truck has a failed lifter, bad ball joints, a bad fuel pressure sensor, and bad shock absobers in the rear end making the truck undrivable!! And norlan is refusing to fix it for me!! I haven't had the truck a year, and this is what i get?! More
