Have dealt with Garry for my last 5 vehicles or more. He is the reason I drive Chrysler products. He is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Within a week and a half we had it back to the dealer for stow and go seats, cruise control and airbag light, and engine check control. We were very dissatisfied with vehicle, and we called Garry and told him we didn't want the vehicle anymore. He told us to come in and talk to him and we would figure something out. We ended up trading it back in for a 2013 Journey, which we are very pleased with. Thanks to Garry he made us feel at ease and we are very satisfied with our new vehicle. We feel that we have a friend in Garry. More

Called the dealership and spoke to Felix about a specific minivan. After listening to the options I was looking for he mentioned that he had another minivan that may be more suited to my needs. I was investigating the purchase of a Charger. Jim was super helpful and very knowledgeable. As price is definitely and issue for me he helped with figuring the approx cost of fuel and regular services. super helpful and very knowledgeable. The Charger would be a commuter vehicle and Jim was thorough with the safety features and handling in winter weather. I was truly impressed with the entire encounter. Unfortunately, the Charger, or any similar vehicle is not currently in my budget. I would keep this dealership in mind, for when my finances do allow such a purchase and would definitely recommend the dealership and Jim to anyone. More
